Qualifications
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist within the past 3 years.
Education:
* Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or
* Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (for graduates prior to January 1, 2002)
* Must have graduated from a CAPTE-accredited program
Certifications:
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
Board Certification:
American Physical Therapy American Physical Therapy or

Licensure:
