The Fleet Diesel Mechanic II will perform scheduled preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), trailers, vans and forklifts as directed by Fleet Manager and Lead Technician. This individual also disassembles and overhauls motors, transmissions, clutches, rear ends and electrical systems.

~During the training period, candidates must be available on any weekday for a rotating schedule, either in the morning or afternoon, to observe both the opening and closing of the fleet **
Maintain and repair fleet equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
Diagnose vehicle failures and disassemble, repair and reassemble parts as necessary.
Adhere to OSHA, DOT and EPA regulatory compliance standards. Respond to service calls.
Complete all necessary documents, including vehicle records.
Maintain records of daily check list (pre-trip inspections).
Manage ordering and inventory of parts.
Follow the direction of Fleet Supervisor/Manager and Lead Technician.
Input data accurately and in a timely manner into the fleet maintenance software program (SAP EAM).

This is an account with current operations within all regions of the United States. Job responsibilities on this account include ensuring the safe and timely transportation of all loads and remaining compliant with all safety regulations and company policies. Drivers on this fleet will operate condo trucks and dry van trailers delivering no-touch freight. This is a no-touch freight account. This 18-bed cardiac unit specializes in the care of both cardiac and vascular patients. The typical patient population found in the CCU includes but is not limited to patient's with diagnosis of chest pain, cardiac dysrhythmias, CHF exacerbation, hypertensive emergency, pulmonary embolism and/or DVT, and patient's that have had AAA repair and carotid endarterectomy. Our unit is an intermediate/step down unit. The nurse to patient ratio is typically 1:4 when caring for these patients. Our nursing staff work closely with both our cardiology and vascular teams to ensure exceptional care for our patients. Piedmont Eastside- Cardiac Care Unit
This 18-bed cardiac unit specializes in the care of both cardiac and vascular patients. The typical patient population found in the CCU includes but is not limited to patient's with diagnosis of chest pain, cardiac dysrhythmias, CHF exacerbation, hypertensive emergency, pulmonary embolism and/or DVT, and patient's that have had AAA repair and carotid endarterectomy. Our unit is an intermediate/step down unit. The nurse to patient ratio is typically 1:4 when caring for these patients. Our nursing staff work closely with both our cardiology and vascular teams to ensure exceptional care for our patients. Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients. He/she functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability. The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Performs patient assessments to include collection of data regarding the patient's physical, psychosocial and health history.
2. Appropriately evaluates the developmental age of the patient when performing assessments, treatments and patient/family education.
3. Organizes patient data into the formulation of a plan of care; identifies additional information needed and makes care decisions based on identified needs. Identifies expected patient outcomes.
4. Carries out plan of care to achieve desired patient outcomes.
5. Provides patient care that is specific to the setting, identified needs and plan; ensures that the care provided is appropriate to the severity of the disease, condition, impairment or disability.
6. Oversees activities of ancillary and support team members.
