Our firm focuses on nursing home negligence, construction accidents, malpractice, serious vehicular accidents, and wrongful death litigation throughout New York. We are looking for motivated professionals who can work closely with attorneys in managing all aspects of litigation from case intake through trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Managing case files and litigation calendars

• Preparing and organizing exhibits for motion practice and trial

• Reviewing medical records and preparing medical chronologies

• Assisting with depositions, expert disclosures, and trial preparation

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in an outpatient setting, and interest in treating eating disorders is a plus.

Job responsibilities include a mixture of prescribing treatments and therapies, using psychological therapies, gather and maintain patient information, design individualized care plans, collaborate with providers in other specialties for treatment, analyze test results, etc.

The role:

• Processes work orders (printing of documents, Barcodes, Requisition forms and kit production forms, assembly kits) that include kits and bulk supplies which are sent to investigator sites.
• Identifies discrepancies with work orders and enters this information into Icolims system which will be used for metrics reports and audit report for Clients.
• Assist Project Management staff with modifications of work orders.
• Refurbishes all incoming specimen shipping boxes which are received from investigator sites.
• Disassemble supplies which are returned from investigator sites.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Performs additional responsibilities as requested by management.

To be successful you will need:

• 1+ years of experience.
• Skills – Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and strong typing abilities.
• Education - Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Available to work onsite at ICON Labs in Farmingdale, NY 11735, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
