WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Provide leadership, support, and direction to empower wage production operators to achieve their common objectives.
• Work effectively with maintenance, quality, and other cross functional teams to meet daily/annual performance goals and continuous improvement/progress efforts.
• Monitor the short and long-term needs of the facility to ensure succession needs are met and employees are afforded opportunities for development and career growth.
• Facilitate the identification and implementation of process and team improvements.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

• A willingness to work in an industrial plant environment (Monday-Friday on day shift).
• The ability to interact in a professional manner with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
• Success in working with other people or team to meet a common objective.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other software systems.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Currently enrolled full time at an accredited four-year college or university.

Requirements of the Tech Scholar:

• Be enrolled as a full-time student in a Mechatronics or EET program at a partnered Technical College with Michelin
• Be a full time student (12 credit hour per semester)
• Have and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPACumulative
• Be able to work at least 20 hours per week at Michelin during the program

· Ensures purchase order numbers are obtained and accounts payable invoices are processed and submitted to the Corporate Accounting Department for payment.

· Works closely with the Corporate Risk & Safety Director as it relates to employee and client safety, work related injuries, safety policy & procedures, etc.

Job Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED (general education degree) required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Minimum of one-year computer data entry experience required. Home health billing experience preferred.

· Microsoft Office software proficiency.

· Type 45 to 60 words per minute.

· Ability to work under deadline pressure.

· Minimum of 1-2 year’s office management/supervisory experience required.

· Previous exposure to human resource functions.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for expanding our presence in the community, growing catering sales, and ensuring exceptional hospitality for every catering guest.

The Marketing & Catering Manager will:

• Lead and manage all catering operations, ensuring orders are accurate, timely, and delivered with remarkable service
• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, and community organizations
• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives that grow brand awareness and restaurant sales
• Oversee catering logistics including order coordination, event preparation, and guest communication
• Partner with restaurant leadership to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction
• Represent Chick-fil-A Garners Ferry Road in the community through events, partnerships, and outreach
• Develop systems that help grow catering revenue and create exceptional guest experiences
