Responsibilities:

About the Role

 

During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:

• Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols
• Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed
• Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate
• Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary
• Provide services at the member’s place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities

• Consistency – Although we conduct assessments Sunday – Saturday from 8 am – 7 pm, our full-time (FT) providers typically work Monday – Friday from 8:00 to 5:30.
• Competitive Pay – Earn an annual base salary ranging from $95,500 - $158,400 based on market compensation analysis and experience.
• Incentive Program – Eligible for FT Clinician Incentive Plan in support of leaving no patient behind which includes monthly (uncapped) and year end (up to $25K) incentive opportunities. In 2025, the average payout from this plan was $1,500 per month and $7,500 at year end, totaling $25,500 annually.

• Additional Licensure – Should business need exist; we will support you in obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing in neighboring states – or others you may want to visit while completing health assessments.

Qualifications:

Skills & Experience That Shine

• Master’s Degree OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP or PA licensure
• Current NP/PA licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority as needed
• NCCPA, AANP, AACN or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency or Acute Care specialty
• Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification
• 1 year of NP or PA experience preferred, new grads encouraged to apply!
• Able to travel up to 15% of the time (including overnight travel) to additional locations as needed
• Valid state driver's license for the state of residence
• Automobile insurance coverage requiring for the state of residence (or ability to obtain)
  • Bodily Injury:  $100,000 per person/$300,000 per incident

The Role
Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel according to their skill, experience and job knowledge. Supervises and trains employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed. Recommends training to enhance skill and productivity of employees, and assists in development of training procedures. Breaks broad strategies down to practical action plans and ensures employees are trained to perform these plans. Responsible for complying with all technical aspects of the job including adherence to all drawings, procedures, etc. Responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations that have a significant financial impact on the company's performance. In depth knowledge of CNC machining G-code on various control types, tooling, and machining process improvement. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, as well as an in-depth knowledge and application of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. The selected candidate will be expected to train low skill level employees while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and cost in a high mix low volume environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate goals, and expectations to their team.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8;10;12 Pay Rate: $206.61 - $223.65

This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: Looking for full-time (minimum 2 weeks/month). Monday - Friday, 10 or 12-hour shifts

· Required Cases: General (Level 2 Trauma Center). Obstetrician a plus. Cardiac not necessary

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC/iCare

· Care Team or Independent: Supervision up to 1:3

· Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

· License required or willing to license: Willing to license
