Description

CATCHER

As a chicken catcher, you will need to catch certain amount of birds and know the proper placement techniques with birds being put into the cages.

EXPECTED RESULTS: 

The expected results are as follows:
a. To insure animal welfare guidelines are followed
b. Count amount of birds loaded into the cages

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES

• Acquire and put on all required PPE (Safety glasses, safety vest, gloves (optional), arm sleeves (optional)).
• Perform routine stretches before starting daily duties. 
• Walk the house (bed the birds)
• Wait for cage to be set on blocks
• Open cage door
• Catch correct amount of birds
• Load birds in cage one hand at a time.
• Repeat process until cage is full.
• After proper amount of birds placed in cage, shut the cage door

Pay: Up to $26/hour

Hours: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm, overtime as needed

Sr. Medical Receptionist – Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility

Reports to: Practice Manager / REI Clinical Leadership

The Sr. Patient Navigator serves as the face of the Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) practice and is often the first point of contact for patients. In this role, the Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth, coordinated flow of operations between the REI practice and Premium Health’s Brooklyn site, while delivering a compassionate, organized, and professional patient experience.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, discretion, and emotional intelligence, given the sensitive nature of REI care. The Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant is skilled at managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced clinical environment while upholding Premium Health’s standards of CARE: Compassion, Agility, Respect, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional, and empathetic manner
• Serve as the primary front-desk representative for the REI practice
• Perform insurance eligibility checks and basic insurance verification
• Print and prepare patient labels, laboratory orders, and clinical documentation, as well as copy/scan/fax the information into the relevant source
• Assist patients with completion and organization of required paperwork
• Liaise and coordinate administrative communication between the Aizer site and Premium Health’s Brooklyn site
• Answer incoming phone calls and place outbound calls to patients regarding appointments, instructions, and follow-up
• Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments
• Collect copays and patient payments at time of service

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirement: High-school diploma
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a healthcare, medical office, or customer service–focused role
• Prior experience in a medical receptionist, administrative assistant, or front-desk role preferred
• Familiarity with insurance verification, copay collection, and basic billing processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism
• Experience in women’s health or specialty practices (REI preferred) is a plus

Pay: We pay a competitive standard flat fee per case based on customer as well as inspection type and complexity. The dominant standard flat fee range is $60 - $75, with some exceptions.

We are currently seeking inspector applicants who are qualified to work in the USA and have a history of direct experience completing commercial line inspections and/or have completed a training course such as the VIITA Basic Commercial Line Inspector course or its equivalent.

• Receives assignments electronically and reviews for inspection requirements.
• Schedules the inspection appointment with the Insured by phone, email, or text.

• 3-5 years' experience providing commercial insurance loss control inspections
• Understanding of commercial property and casualty lines: property, general liability, and worker's compensation
• Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and communicate well verbally and in writing
• Comfortable completing reports online and uploading documents

About the Role

During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:

• Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols
• Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed
• Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate
• Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary
• Provide services at the member’s place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities

• Consistency – Although we conduct assessments Sunday – Saturday from 8 am – 7 pm, our full-time (FT) providers typically work Monday – Friday from 8:00 to 5:30.
