As the Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will assume full nursing responsibility for the delivery of the Plan of Care for each hospice patient.
Continuously evaluating personal and professional performance and making necessary changes to increase productivity and quality of care delivered.
You'll also develop the patient's Plan of care in collaboration with other professionals and implement treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory that promotes physical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Familiar with the concepts and needs of patients/families who are facing death and dying.
This is a Full Time position doing Home Visits for Hospice Care.
RN license in NC required.
Our Business Hours are Mon-Fri, 8AM-4:30PM.
Evening/Weekend On-Call as Needed.
Our agency covers a 50 mile radius.

Project Engineer / Geotechnical Engineer
A leading geotechnical engineering contractor is seeking a Project Engineer / Geotechnical Engineer to support complex, high-impact foundation and geotechnical projects across western North Carolina, including Clyde, Waynesville, and Asheville. This role focuses on technically challenging terrain, particularly mountainous environments, and is ideal for an engineer who thrives in both field and design settings.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct geotechnical investigations including drilling boreholes, collecting and analyzing soil and rock samples, mapping subsurface conditions, and assessing groundwater and site risks
- Design and evaluate deep foundation systems (including auger cast piles), retaining walls, and slope stabilization solutions
- Develop 2D/3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering tools
- Provide technical oversight on complex construction projects, particularly in mountainous terrain
- Collaborate with Project Managers and senior leadership to ensure safe, efficient project execution
- Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and engineering recommendations
- Monitor field activities and ensure compliance with design specifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (Construction Management considered with relevant experience)
- 4–7 years of experience in geotechnical or civil engineering
- 2–3 years of experience working with deep foundation systems, including auger cast piles
- Experience with complex or challenging terrain projects preferred
