The Master Maintenance Technician is responsible for handling all aspects of property maintenance.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
* Oversee all aspects of preventive as well as responsive property maintenance
* Complete property maintenance tasks
* Manage vendors in the completion of some types of maintenance tasks
* Ensure work orders are created & being effectively managed for all maintenance that is being done and that needs to be done in the future
