How you’ll make an impact in this role- Ensure a sterile and fully equipped operating room environment, meticulously preparing the field for a safe and successful surgical experience.
- Facilitate the surgical procedure by expertly anticipating and passing sterile instruments and supplies to the surgeon and actively assisting with critical tasks, including the provision of hemostasis.
- Manage all surgical instruments, meticulously tracking and accounting for counts throughout the procedure to maintain the highest standards of patient safety and compliance.
