Responsibilities
In your role as a Radar Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing digital and analog circuits for our next-generation Radar system. You will be involved in all phases of development, from conception to production, tracing system-level requirements through to circuit-level design. You will drive the design and layout of a multi-processor with an FPGA on chip using DDR 4 memory, as well as designing switching and linear power supplies. The high-speed digital design is complemented by high-frequency analog and RF design up to 12GHz. You will own the schematic, layout, artwork generation and bring-up of hardware. You will be collaborating with the cross-functional teams, including mechanical and system engineering. You will be responsible for the certification of your design to DO-160, DO-254 design assurance and FCC certification. You will support radar system integration and testing in the engineering lab and on the aircraft.
Basic Success Criteria

5+ years of professional hands-on experience with high-speed digital circuits, linear and switching power regulator circuits, PLL's, VGA, mixers etc.

Role Overview
We are seeking two highly skilled Mechanical Engineers with experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector to support the development and integration of advanced thermal management subsystems used across military and commercial platforms globally.
This role focuses on mechanical subsystem development from a packaging and integration perspective, including enclosure design and integration of electronic and fluid control components such as pumps, compressors, fans, and valves. Key Responsibilities

Job Description
The principal focus is to drive revenue growth through the sale and promotion of partner solutions, working closely with Marketing, Industry Verticals, Business Lines, and Strategic Partner Managers. This role focuses on demand generation, deal origination, and pipeline development by aligning internal teams with partner field sales and leveraging joint go-to-market initiatives. Responsibilities include managing the full deal lifecycle, utilizing partner funding programs, and ensuring accurate deal registration and compliance. The role also supports joint account planning, co-develops assets and training, and fosters strong partner relationships to accelerate opportunity progression. Key success metrics include partner-related bookings, pipeline growth, cloud/data consumption, and incentive fund utilization.
Drive Partner field sales relationships as the regional POC for the partner to engage and navigate Capgemini. Demand Generation and Sales Enablement with the Capgemini account base by leveraging the partner channel within a specified geography. Drives partner influence revenue, responsible for individual deals and registrations. Takes the lead for hyperscaler funding claims, working with all stakeholders to initiate and progress the claims.
Your Skills & Experience
- 12 plus years of experience in semiconductor services sales, with a focus on ASIC chip design or engineering services.
- Proven success in managing complex sales pursuits and closing deals of $8MM+ annually.
- Strong technical foundation with a degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Deep understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem, including foundries, EDA tools, and IP providers.
- Background in ASIC design or semiconductor R&D is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience influencing C-level executives.
- Ability to navigate complex client organizations and build relationships across engineering and procurement.
- A strong network within the semiconductor industry and a passion for driving innovation.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is ( $105,000 - $220,000/year)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator at DOMINGUEZ GENERAL ENGINEERING, INC in Pomona, CA. The Project Estimator will be responsible for cost management, construction estimating, communication, project estimation, and budgeting. They will collaborate with various teams to accurately estimate project costs and ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Must have 10 years plus Estimating in Water, Sewer, and Storm Drain for private and public entities.
- Cost Management, Budgeting, and Project Estimation skills
- Construction Estimating expertise
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical data
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Must be familiar with all upcoming bid websites, Planet bids, bid America, etc.
- Must be able to do take off on jobs bidding (Aggregates, Pipe material, Dirt export)
- Must be able to request quote from multiple suppliers (Aggregates, Pipe Suppliers, Sub-Contractors)
