GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as: Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.

What You Will Do
The Effectors Center in the Systems Integration and Test Directorate (SE&TC) are currently hiring a Test Architect Engineer responsible for the test strategy and architecture in support of the Sub Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) Air Dominance portfolio of programs. This leader will develop, maintain and ensure the Test Equipment (TE) development plan is achievable. Role will be the focal point to ensure a test strategy is optimized to meet program end-goal objectives. The role requires critical interaction/event planning with the Chief Engineers, Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Test Architect, software teams, Program Managers, and SE&TC test teams with a focus on test processes, embedded test, factory operations, and other functions. Join this team to perform technically challenging assignments which will directly contribute to protecting our nation and our war fighters.
You will Identify and understand technology risks and Raytheon system design concepts supportive of incremental technical maturity/risk mitigation assessments and use your experiences to architect TE events and environments which efficiently and effectively utilize models, simulations, test beds, prototypes, and full-scale Engineering Development Models (EDMs) to satisfy development and environmental/qualification objectives and to satisfy an appropriate affordable solution for production.
You will assess technology risks and Raytheon system designs to support technical maturity and risk mitigation, using your expertise to design TE events that efficiently leverage models, simulations, prototypes, and EDMs to meet development, qualification, and cost-effective production goals.
Other responsibilities include identifying and specifying additional requirements, as necessary, for capital, contract, and government assets (e.g., Government Labs and Test Ranges)

The Test Solutions Center (TSC) team within the Hardware Engineering Directorate is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing test solutions for all Raytheon products. We are hands-on, designing with the latest technology and tools, and integrate state of the art test solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world. TSC products are in engineering labs, in the field, and in production environments utilized for weapon system product verification, qualification, test data analysis, and production test solution development. This position is focused on the development, integration, test, and maintenance of software as a part of on-site factory support of test systems to support product testing. - Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- 6+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience
- 5+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience- MBA, or Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field

This role will help establish automation requirements for control monitoring as well as support onboarding of new customers to the Amazon control framework.
Key job responsibilities
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Amazon Control Framework, including developing and maintaining the control library, create control lifecycle processes, ensure appropriate mappings to industry standards, amazon policies and standards
- Work with control owners, compliance, GRC product teams to strategize on automation strategy for evidence collection and continuous control monitoring
- Identify compliance shift-left security controls and partner with engineering to embed automated guardrails directly into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines
- Develop functional and technical requirements for automated control monitoring
- Proactively look for areas of improvement and provide value added advice and insight on process and controls improvements, policy and standards changes and drive continuous advancement of compliance automation capabilities
- Develop and maintain a framework that enables various Amazon business units/teams to meet business objectives and legal/regulatory requirements using a central framework.
- Develop measurements and metrics of the program to report up to executive management

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent technology experience
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including assurance and technology compliance.
- Skilled in risk management, Information security controls and making complex business/risk trade-off recommendations and decisions.
- Technical knowledge and familiarity with information security standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27k, SOC 2, NIST 800-171, PCI etc.
- Experience with GRC tools (Ex. ServiceNow)- Related security control and compliance experience in various frameworks including: HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI DSS, GLBA, ISO, NIST, etc.
- CISSP, CISA, CISM, CIPP, CEH and/or other comparable security controls or audit certifications preferred.
- Experience with service-oriented architectures and web services security.
