What you will do:

POSITION SUMMARY
The Master Plumber will coordinate and execute all plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance requirements for our resort facilities. They will ensure all systems operate efficiently by promptly identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. This role also supports overall resort operations by maintaining safe, compliant, and reliable plumbing infrastructure. This is a full-time year-round, benefit eligible position. The compensation range for this role is $40.00 - $45.00/hour.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Property Caretaker will oversee and execute the daily operations and tasks of an assigned property. This position is also responsible for overseeing third party vendors and contractors. Formal Training : Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico, for approximately six (6) months of intensive instruction in immigration and nationality laws, law enforcement and USBP-specific operations, driver training, physical techniques, firearms, and other courses.
Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English.
Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient with the Spanish language at the Academy.
