What You'll Do

Procurement & Order Coordination

• Assist with purchasing electrical materials, supplies, and equipment for ongoing construction projects

• Process purchase orders and verify pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines

• Track open purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery

Vendor & Supplier Communication

• Communicate with electrical distributors and suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules

• Support vendor quote requests and assist in comparing pricing for cost-effective purchasing

• Maintain and update vendor records and purchasing documentation

Operational Support

• Coordinate material needs with project managers, warehouse teams, and field supervisors

• Monitor compliance with strategic purchasing agreements

• Assist with monitoring inventory levels and supporting replenishment of common materials

Administrative & Reporting Support

• Maintain purchasing records and order tracking systems

• Support purchasing reports and documentation as needed

• Work cross-functionally with Accounting to assist with invoice reconciliation

Training & Onboarding

This position will begin with onboarding and up to one week of training at our Nashville office to learn our purchasing systems, vendor network, and internal processes. After training, the role will transition into the regular working arrangement.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Materials Planner to join our team. This position will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient flow of materials to meet production schedules and customer demands. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, coordination with the customer for shipping finished goods and collaborating with various departments to optimize material availability and minimize production delays. This is a stand-alone position that will report to VP of Business Development & Strategic Projects for the ‘demand planning’ aspect.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain material requirements planning (MRP) systems to ensure accurate and timely procurement of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future material needs based on production schedules and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues.
• Use of ERP (SAP) to process goods receipt for all materials coming into the facility / ensuring all postings are up to date and accurate.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to optimize material flow and reduce lead times.
• Analyze and report on inventory performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of material transactions and update inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with customers for outward material shipments per the customer requirement
• Ensure accurate documentation (invoice / packing slides / markings on finished goods etc.) as per customer requirements
• Use of customer portals to upload requirement shipping documents
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material planning processes and efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as directed.
• Day to day demand planning analysis with customer and level numbers for smooth operations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

As a Sr. Data Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing
and maintaining AMA's enterprise data platform to support analytics,
interoperability, and responsible AI adoption. This role partners closely with
platform engineering, data governance, data science, IT security, and business

role contributes to AMA's modern lakehouse architecture, optimizing data

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Engineering & AI Enablement

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and

We are seeking skilled Make-Ready Designers (primary focus) and Power Distribution Designers to support engineering programs for major electric and telecom utilities. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher in engineering, drafting, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in make-ready engineering, joint-use design, or electric power distribution design (3+ years strongly preferred)
• Proven experience in utility pole design, including NESC application, clearance analysis, pole loading concepts, and preparation of construction-ready design packages
• Proficiency with CAD or MicroStation; experience with DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, or similar utility design platforms is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of power distribution construction practices, with the ability to learn utility-specific proprietary systems efficiently
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, maintain active auto insurance, and pass all required background, drug, and MVR screenings
• Authorization to work in the United States is required
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including minimal overnight travel when project needs require
• Ability to work a standard Monday–Friday schedule aligned to Eastern Time, with Central/Mountain/Pacific adjustments as appropriate

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to work for extended periods using a computer keyboard, monitor, and telephone
• Ability to prepare and analyze data, review detailed information, and work with design tools requiring close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written channels
