We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing Platform Engineering team responsible for building and scaling a secure, multi-cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage multi-cloud Kubernetes platforms (Azure AKS & GKE) with a focus on scalability, security, and cost optimization

Qualifications

Role Description

About the Role
We are a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company specializing in transforming data in the US healthcare industry through cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering and AI Product Delivery Leader to join our team and lead the technical strategy for our Health Tech SaaS product lines. This pivotal role involves defining architectural vision, overseeing integration with customer systems, and building high-performing technical teams. Responsibilities
- Define Technical Strategy: Lead the development of technical strategy for Health Tech SaaS product lines, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation.
- Translate Client Roadmaps into Delivery Plans: Collaborate with Product Delivery Managers (PDMs) to convert customer goals into detailed, actionable engineering plans. Plays the lead technical role in organizing resources, producing deliverables, managing schedules, and ensuring a seamless delivery of HiLabs products.
- Lead Feasibility Assessments: Own the creation of High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs), ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.
- Provide Technical Backbone: Act as the technical anchor for implementation teams, proactively unblocking execution and guiding architectural decisions.
- Ensure SDLC Compliance: Oversee adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) checkpoints from feasibility through solutioning to release.
- Oversee Integration with Customer Systems: Design and implement solutions that seamlessly connect with customer systems, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Drive Product Delivery Excellence: Lead the delivery of high-quality, innovative products within defined timelines and budgets.
- Customer Engagement: Lead technical demos, solution walkthroughs, and requirements discussions with customers to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Mentor Engineering Leads: Coach and guide engineering leads to uphold standards of engineering excellence, maintainability, and scalability.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
- Strategic Partnerships & R&D: Establish and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors and research institutions. Lead R&D initiatives to stay at the forefront of AI in healthcare.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Promote a culture of innovation, efficiency, and excellence across multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Engineering graduate from a renowned and accredited institution
- Proven growth journey from developer to leadership in fast-paced IT product companies
- Strong understanding of technology, business, and client dynamics
- Track record of defining technical strategy, architecting scalable solutions, and leading successful product delivery
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their healthcare applications preferred
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset
- Proven ability to manage details and balance multiple projects
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Domain knowledge of healthcare data
- Experience with large-scale customer management, NoSQL, Kafka, big data systems, and microservices preferred
- Good understanding of Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Kanban PM tools.
- Exposure to infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Some knowledge and experience in AI/ML
- PMP and agile certification preferred
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
