Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Drafting Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering accurate technical drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation that support sales, operations, and customer-facing teams. This role combines technical expertise, team leadership, and process improvement to drive high-quality outputs, fast turnaround times, and continuous improvement within a regulated engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and drafters, driving performance in accuracy, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate daily SCRUM meetings to monitor KPIs, remove roadblocks, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Lead the transition and optimization of drafting tools, including migration from Visio to SolidWorks.
- Review incoming project requests to ensure design inputs are complete and aligned with user requirements.
- Track and analyze drafting metrics using dashboards to identify trends, improve throughput, and reduce bottlenecks.
- Own and improve BOM standards and labor assumptions in partnership with Engineering, Planning, and Operations.
- Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions aligned with quality system requirements.
- Act as a key liaison between Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to maintain design intent throughout the order-to-build process.
- Review and approve drawings to ensure compliance with design standards, GD&T requirements, and revision control.
- Standardize drafting templates, symbols, and design libraries to promote consistency and best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure proper use of PLM and ERP systems.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing rework and improving communication across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of mechanical design or drafting experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Expert-level SolidWorks proficiency with strong knowledge of ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards.
- Proven experience creating and reviewing technical drawings for injection-molded or assembled products.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing methods, materials, and tolerance stack-ups.
- Experience working within ISO 9001 or similar quality environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project tracking methods (Gantt charts, KPI dashboards).
- Familiarity with PLM and ERP systems (SyteLine or equivalent preferred).
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Job Title: Radio Frequency Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Follow USMC supplied operational scenarios, architecture framework (DoDAF), and RF performance requirements for developing a new system's RF design.
• Review the development of new system requirements (decomposed from the USMC operational requirements) in regards to RF performance.

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Network & Security Engineer to design, implement, and secure our customers' enterprise network infrastructures. The Customer Account Specialist (CAS) develops and maintains customer relationships with buyers and provides support for questions related to purchase orders, quotations, product inquiries, quality issues, and technical assistance. Responsibilities
- Reviews customer purchase orders to ensure all data is correct, identifying unique requirements that meet the ODU standard procedures; ensures order confirmations are sent to customers within 24 hours of receipt of order
- Partners with necessary department(s) to ensure compliance with customer requirements before accepting an order, as well as identifying unique customer requirements and problem solves to find the best solution for all parties
- Maintains ERP system with relevant customer data including shipping information, shipping dates, unique requirements and any other necessary information; manages the backlog process to ensure data integrity within the system, which may include on time delivery (OTD) data, monthly sales projections, monthly inventory projections, etc.
