What You Will Do
Design, develop, and sustain state-of-the-art Transmit/Receive (T/R) microwave products (modules, TRIMMs, planar arrays, etc).
Implement best practice standards with regard to the planning, coordination, and implementation of microwave design and test with sound engineering process discipline and leadership.
Interface with factory, program, and customer personnel to implement design improvements.
Support factory troubleshooting, analyze product defect trends, and implement process/product improvements in alignment with factory and program production needs.

Qualifications You Must Have

Raytheon’s Apertures and RF Department is seeking a Principal Antenna Design Engineer to join the Radome & Apertures team in McKinney, Texas.
The candidate will support state-of-the-art ultra-wideband phased array antennas, individual antennas, and RF Low Observables (LO) within the Company. The selected candidate will work with various teams of engineers and scientists with backgrounds in AESAs, Antennas, Radomes, Computational Electromagnetics Modeling (CEM), RF Test, Mechanical, Structural and Thermal analysis, Material Science, Process and Manufacturing Engineering and survivable antenna technology.

What You Will Do

Support customer programs through modeling and simulation of LO antennas or RF components/systems and leading teams that perform these functions.
Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems involving antenna/sensor-based applications such as radar, electronic warfare, electronic attack, electronic support measures, communications, geolocation, direction finding, etc.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Represent the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
Mentor and guide more junior engineers and technicians in the design, build, and test phases of projects and programs.
Work with interdisciplinary engineering teams including thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, etc.
Participate in and guide the testing of RF hardware for required performance metrics: VSWR, insertion loss, gain, polarization, RCS.

Qualifications You Must Have

How You'll Contribute:
The Design Engineer (DE) is a contributing member of the core project team for Faith & Performance projects. The DE supports projects through the lifecycle from sales concept and design development to construction drawings and implementation support. How You'll Contribute:
The Design Engineer (DE) is a contributing member of the core project team for Faith & Performance projects. The DE supports projects through the lifecycle from sales concept and design development to construction drawings and implementation support. Working under the guidance of a Senior Design Engineer or Project Engineering leadership, the DE assists in translating client needs and system requirements into coordinated technical designs and documentation.

Boeing Engineering Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Flight Test Engineering (FTE) Managerto join the Boeing Test & Evaluation organization in Seattle, WA, supporting all Boeing Commercial Airplane Programs (BCA).
The FTE management team leads a dynamic organization in performing developmental and certification flight testing of Boeing commercial aircraft. Testing is conducted primarily out of Boeing Field in Seattle, as well as occasional remote testing at a variety of domestic and international sites. Position Responsibilities:
Provide oversight of engineering employees responsible for test planning, definition and authorization of airplane configuration changes, test planning, test conduct and test data analysis in support of airplane development and sustaining flight test programs
Provide leadership in the areas of test program development and integration, scheduling and execution, trade studies and departmental processes/policies
Assess and lead resolution of issues impacting test program progress, including root cause corrective action to prevent recurrence
