Summary:
Plans for, delivers, documents and evaluates nursing care of patients in an assigned area in terms of their individuals needs, according to provider's orders and in conformance with approved and recognized nursing standards of care, recognized nursing techniques, procedures and administrative policy. Directs activities of assigned nursing personnel in such care. Observes, assesses and reports on the condition of patients. Qualifications:
Required: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation). Current registered nurse licensure in the State of Ohio. Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtains within 90 days of hire. Must have: a. A thorough knowledge of nursing theory and practice, including basic knowledge relating to nursing such as biological, physical, psychosocial, and medical sciences and their applications. b. We are seeking a talented and motivated Medical Assistant to support our providers with both clinical and administrative tasks. This role includes rooming patients, assisting with dermatologic procedures, documenting in the EMR as a clinical scribe, supporting patient education, and performing front office duties as needed. Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday [40 hours per week]
- One Saturday per month, as needed for patient scheduling
- Daytime clinical hours with occasional variations based on provider or patient needs.
Essential Functions
- Escort patients to exam rooms, obtain vital signs, collect short histories, and update medication lists
- Prepare exam rooms based on scheduled procedures and anticipate provider needs.
- Assist providers with biopsies, excisions, surgical procedures, and other dermatologic treatments
- Scribe for providers during patient visits, accurately documenting clinical notes, treatments, diagnoses, and patient instructions directly into the EMR in real time.
- Maintain and update patient records, charts, and EMR documentation to meet compliance standards
- Educate patients regarding provider instructions, treatment plans, post-procedure care, and medication usage
- Monitor and complete lab documentation, biopsy/culture logs, telephone encounters, and task queues in the EMR
- Handle clinical phone calls, follow up on biopsy results, and communicate with patients under provider direction
- Perform autoclave procedures, maintain sterility standards, and complete quality control checks
- Complete assigned administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, scanning documents, answering phones, and processing prior authorizations
- Travel to nearby Apex Skin locations as needed to support clinical operations.

Qualifications

- Daytime clinical hours with occasional variations based on provider or patient needs.
Essential Functions
- Escort patients to exam rooms, obtain vital signs, collect short histories, and update medication lists
- Prepare exam rooms based on scheduled procedures and anticipate provider needs.
- Assist providers with biopsies, excisions, surgical procedures, and other dermatologic treatments
- Scribe for providers during patient visits, accurately documenting clinical notes, treatments, diagnoses, and patient instructions directly into the EMR in real time.
- Maintain and update patient records, charts, and EMR documentation to meet compliance standards
- Educate patients regarding provider instructions, treatment plans, post-procedure care, and medication usage
- Monitor and complete lab documentation, biopsy/culture logs, telephone encounters, and task queues in the EMR
- Handle clinical phone calls, follow up on biopsy results, and communicate with patients under provider direction
- Perform autoclave procedures, maintain sterility standards, and complete quality control checks
- Complete assigned administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, scanning documents, answering phones, and processing prior authorizations
- Travel to nearby Apex Skin locations as needed to support clinical operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred, but not required
- Prior clinical scribe experience is helpful, but not required

Day to day:
We are looking for a talented Purchasing Agent to join our team at Ross Environmental Services. This person will be about 5 - 10 purchase orders per day, as well as follow up after placing orders, handling discrepancies, and other cost savings initiatives. This person will be partnering mainly with our internal operations team at the plant and supporting their needs. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated and customer-service oriented individual able to work in various work conditions (plant and business center). - The Team Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Project Managers and Superintendents with the clerical, administrative, and accounting functions of selling and managing jobs. SUPERVISION AND EXERCISE RECEIVED:
- Reports directly to the Operations Manager and takes direction from the Project Manager
EXAMPLE OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate office schedules, adjustments to schedules, and contact customers regarding arrivals for Project Managers and Project Superintendents
- Work with collections to collect deductibles, progress payments, and final payments when needed
