Responsibilities
Order & Parts Support
- Assist sales associates with inquiries related to parts, straps, links, and availability.
- Place special and part orders across multiple brands (Rolex/Tudor, Patek, Breitling, Tag Heuer, Cartier, etc.).
- Research parts, pricing, and strap lengths using brand portals.
- Receive incoming parts (straps, buckles, links, gaskets, bracelets) and help process them for SKU assignment.
- Prepare and organize invoices and paperwork for processing.
Repair Processing & Shipping
- Receive and log watch repairs across 30+ luxury brands.
- Prepare watches for shipment, ensuring correct tagging, packaging, and documentation.
- Process shipments using Zing or coordinate pickups with Malca when needed.
- Follow specific brand requirements (e.g., Rolex WSC access, Patek Salesforce processing).
- Monitor and restock shipping supplies to ensure packaging accuracy and safety.
Client & Store Communication
- Assist with sending repair estimates to clients via email, phone, or podium for approval.
- Update repair/job tickets in Crystal once client approvals are received.
- Communicate with sales associates regarding repair statuses, order updates, and estimated timelines.

- Help with transfers of jobs and parts between stores.
Tracking & Documentation
- Enter service costs into Crystal and maintain accurate records in Google Sheets.
- Process paperwork when watches return from service and prepare them for client pickup or store transfer.
- Assist with logging invoices and maintaining organized records for parts and repairs.

Overview:
The Production Supervisor leads day-to-day shop floor execution to ensure safe, high-quality and efficient operations that meet productivity targets and on-time delivery commitments. - Associates degree with five or more years proven success in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment is required. Will consider equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Bachelors degree with three or more years proven success in a supervisory and/or managerial role in a manufacturing environment using continuous improvement is preferred
- Three or more years' experience in an organization utilizing lean manufacturing and continuous
- Previous experience is rail industry or similar regulated manufacturing environment is highly desired
- CNC machining and programming experience is highly desired
- Working knowledge of safety standards, quality expectations, and basic inventory practices
- Proficiency with production/inventory systems, ERP, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S, continuous improvement, structured problem solving and standardized work

Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:

Pay Range: $84,100.00 - $104,829.00

This position is responsible for daily inspections and repair of fiberglass, padding, seatbelts, etc. on the park rides and the fiberglass, padding, netting, etc. on the water park attractions
Responsibilities:
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Access all areas of equipment and ride structures for inspection and maintenance
- Mixing and application of fiberglass resins, sanding, trimming, etc. to make a finished product
- Cut out and sew patters for ride seats
- Perform upholstery work; seat belt fabrication and installation
- Perform daily safety checks on all rides when park is in operation
- Proper handling of chemical and waste material
- Keep a daily duty log of maintenance work performed as well as accurate records of preventative maintenance utilizing Maximo system
- Adhere to all department and company safety policies; wear appropriate safety equipment as required
- Support the company mantra of friendly, clean, fast and safe service
Qualifications:
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of one year experience in body/fiberglass repair
- Must possess mechanical aptitude
- Experience in spray painting, bodywork environment, and some fiberglass experience preferred
- Must be able to work at various heights including in excess of 150 feet
- Must be capable of climbing ladders, scaffolding, buildings and ride structures
- Must possess strong safety sensitivity
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent as well as additional training or background in fiberglass repair and body work
- Must possess a willingness and ability to work varied shifts and schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years old
