Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead modernization of legacy manufacturing processes and production documentation. The role focuses on implementing manufacturing controls derived from ISO 14971 risk management outputs and product specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
- Develop, update, and revise manufacturing work instructions, assembly procedures, drawings, and equipment documentation, including remediation-driven changes.
- Review DHFs and Risk Management Reports to identify CTQs requiring manufacturing controls.
- Develop and maintain PFMEAs, including process inputs, potential failure modes, and operational risks.
- Develop and implement Control Plans derived from PFMEAs, including monitoring methods and reaction plans.

Qualifications
Education

Experience

- Experience with Process Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and Test Method Validation (TMV).
Skills
- Strong working knowledge of risk management and process validation, including TMV.
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing methods / processes, procedures and cost-reduction techniques (i.e. DFM, Lean, VAVE, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex Electromechanical, Pneumatic and Software systems.
- Excellent working knowledge of medical device regulations 21 CFR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IVDR, and other applicable standards.

The Sr. Logistics Reporting Specialist is responsible for playing a leadership role in helping to define our reporting strategy. In this role you will effectively partner with logistics leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs and translate requirements into visual reports and dashboards. The Sr. Logistics Reporting Specialist will perform their job duties without supervision and is expected to perform real-time operational or strategic decision making without supervision when appropriate. Description:
- Partners closely with leadership team to develop and execute reporting strategy and roadmap.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree (preferred) in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Finance.
- Technology aptitude (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Microsoft Power Automate).

This position has a starting salary range of $83,100.00 to $106,000.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive.

The Role
As Project Superintendent, you will take ownership of the day-to-day site operations on heavy highway construction projects.
Key responsibilities include:
