Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and leading the planning and execution of diverse constructions projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, project management, field operations and ensuring successful project execution from bid to project completion.
Responsibilities
Estimating
- Manage all aspects of bid preparation, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, soliciting vendor/sub-contractor quotes, preparing cost estimates and submitting bid proposals.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and vendors to ensure competitive and accurate bids.
- Perform site visits and pre-bid meetings for accurate project assessments.
- Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis using Trimble Business Center and Viewpoint.
- Lead the transitions from project award to execution, ensuring seamless handoff to foreman and project team.
Project Management
- Develop and communicate projects schedules with General Superintendent and project Foreman.
- Attend weekly progress meetings
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Track project costs, identify and address areas of inefficiency and prepare and submit change orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure all project documentation and billing are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Act as the primary client liaison, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Requirements
Education/ Experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- Alternatively, at least five years of construction experience as a Quality Control Manager, foreman, or superintendent, or a combination of education and experience.
Skills
- Proficiency preferred in:
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)

Class A CDL Driver Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers out of the New Brighton area. These roles require a driver who is flexible and comfortable chaining/strapping/tarping freight on a flatbed.
- Schedule: First Shift starting between 5am and 8am, Mon-Fri
- Pay: CDL Driver will Average pay $31/hr, weekly pay will average $1200 plus 10-15 hrs OT

- 1,500–2,300 miles per week (average)

- Regional freight with lanes throughout the Midwest and East Coast with some Southwest.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal departments—supporting quoting, order processing, and issue resolution—while ensuring a high level of service and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and order status
- Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating as needed
Quoting
- Review and process requests for quotes (RFQs), clarifying scope with customers
- Collaborate with purchasing, estimating, and production to determine pricing and lead times
- Prepare and deliver quotes, following up to secure orders
Order Processing
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time fulfillment and delivery
- Proactively communicate updates, delays, or changes to customers
Issue Resolution
- Investigate and resolve product or service-related issues
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex concerns
- Recommend solutions that balance customer satisfaction and business needs
Documentation & Systems
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders
- Update customer data within CRM and ERP systems
- Generate reports and documentation as needed
Product Knowledge & Collaboration
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services
- Partner with sales and production teams to support customer needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within customer service processes
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred

- Start at 62 CPM - earn $78,000 - $109,200 per year
- Up to 2 CPM performance bump after 90 days
- Up to 2 CPM increase at 1-year milestone
