We are seeking a highly motivated Geotechnical Engineer to join our team and grow with us. The successful candidate will have a solid background in geotechnical engineering and an understanding of chemical grouting and retrofit foundation work. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our subject matter experts and highly skilled implementation teams and with future potential as a practice leader.

This position will be in our geotechnical division which focuses on existing structures challenged by ordinary solutions. Example projects in our business line include soil strengthening and stabilization, such as for existing structures with poor bearing strata; groundwater control and waterproofing for below-grade structures experiencing moisture infiltration; or installation of new micro-pile foundations in industrial plants in congested areas. Our unique solutions include the ability to perform complex chemical grouting and injection work with our specialty-trained crews and equipment.

As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

· Conducting geotechnical investigations, field exploration, and specifying laboratory testing for various civil and geotechnical engineering projects.

· Preparing geotechnical reports

· Designing foundation retrofits and grouting solutions

· Preparing technical specifications for projects

· Preparing proposals and project schedules

· Resolving complex issues

· Collaborating with project managers, construction managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure successful project completion

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited institution.

· 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering with a focus on soil strengthening and stabilization, groundwater control, and foundation retrofits.

· Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Manufacturing Engineers learn production operations and the manufacturing discipline in a controlled environment. Primary responsibilities include developing the comprehensive manufacturing process for 3D metal parts for various radar, integrated sensor, and effector programs. The candidate will create, test, and upgrade Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programs, develop and document fixturing and setups for CMM inspection, and create inspection plans. We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager (Bridge/Structural) to support preconstruction, estimating, and project execution for bridge and heavy civil structural projects across MN. This role will play a key part in pursuing new work, developing competitive bids, and successfully delivering projects from award through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Preconstruction / Business Development

• Identify and pursue bridge and structural project opportunities in public and private markets
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents for constructability and risk
• Develop quantity take-offs, production rates, and detailed cost estimates
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Develop bid schedules, work plans, and risk assessments

Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity exists for a Sr. Principal RF Module Design/Development Engineer to join our Module Development Section with the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department as a technical lead. The AMS department designs, fabricates, and tests state-of-the-art Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) in our on-site foundry. These chips are designed into custom modules to support multiple programs and enhance the capabilities of next generation radar systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical design and development of RF/microwave modules containing GaAs- and GaN-based monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) products. This would be in active support of existing technologies in production as well as next generation products in development. This position requires a strong academic background and experience in RF/Microwave Design, Development, Integration & Test.

What You Will Do:

• Designing RF structures and transitions on multi-layer, multi-channel RF Modules and analog circuitry enabling both receive and transmit behavior

• Consulting across RF module design, MMIC design and assembly teams

The RF Microelectronics/Module Design & Foundry Services Department at Raytheon in Andover, MA, is currently seeking a Principal Electro-Mechanical Engineer to develop leading-edge miniaturized 3DHI sensors and systems to enable future generation technologies across Raytheon.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated “self-starter” who will apply strong mechanical and electrical engineering skills to implement innovative solutions to challenging design criteria. They will be involved in research efforts including initial concepts, advanced technology demonstrations, and will have the opportunity to follow product development from beginning to end, including documentation, fabrication, assembly, and test/delivery of a range of microelectronics products. Manufacturing Engineers develop and improve manufacturing processes by studying products and manufacturing methods. They provide premier engineering and manufacturing support expertise to enable on-time, lowest-cost hardware delivery with performance and reliability that exceeds customer expectations. They execute across all phases of a program including proposal capture, process development, transition to production, and production support. Manufacturing Engineers design, control, and improve the manufacturing process and system design through a collaborative effort with the value stream team. You would apply your skills to implement improvements that reduce cycle time and cost and improve productivity, while maintaining a high level of safety in the manufacturing environment and quality within the product.

What You Will Do

• Develop, maintain, and review Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including assembly instructions, workflow/routing, labor standards, tool and fixture designs

• Support a manufacturing area as part of cross-functional team by guiding the production team through process troubleshooting and incorporation of engineering changes into the MDP

• Disposition non-conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis as required

• Drive Continuous Improvement through process improvements to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk to assemblers, automate, reduce costs (both direct and indirect) using CORE principles and data driven decision making

• Provide real-time technical support to manufacturers and fabricators; in-house as well as the supply base.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. 

• 1+ year of working in a manufacturing environment

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (preference for CREO/ProE) and/or simulation tools

• Experience with designing, programming, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated tooling and machinery

• Experience with military and industry standards

• Familiarity with standard material handling practices, especially as they pertain to Electrostatic Discharge mitigation requirements

• Active DoD security clearance

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Word, etc…)

• Proven written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills

• Self-motivated and results oriented individual with an ability to work in a team environment and with minimal direct supervision

• Demonstrated hands-on mechanical aptitude with the ability to work across disciplines

• Innovative mindset that drives continuous improvement and keeps pace with advances in technology

• Excellent organizational skills with fine attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Position Summary:

We are looking for an AWS Dev OpsEngineer with hands-on experience in AWS Tools to help build and maintain cloud infrastructure that supports our data and analytics platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in cloud engineering who is ready to take ownership of infrastructure components and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. Executes projects to research, proof of concept, and implement new solutions. Maintains awareness of trends and technologies to meet new and emerging stakeholder requirements.

• Champion the selection of Data and Analytics platforms and tools to be used across the enterprise.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a focus on AWS.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data and data storage technology RDS Postgres, S3
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK).
• Experience with AWS services relevant to data and analytics (e.g., Glue, Redshift).
