Required Skills: Valid and active California medical license Valid California DEA registration Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency BLS (Basic Life Support) certification ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in hospital and outpatient settings Experience with high-risk obstetrics Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology Prior locum or full-time practice in OB-GYN Other Requirements: Availability to start around June 2026 Ability to commit to 3-4 days per week, with scheduling flexibility to include half-day administrative time On-call coverage approximately 3-4 days per week, including weekday evening and weekend shifts (24-hour call) Overtime paid after 8 hours per day This position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00, with guaranteed hours of 8 per day and additional overtime compensation.
