As their covert sleuth, you'll embark on thrilling field surveillance adventures, blending seamlessly into the shadows to gather evidence. Your toolkit includes stationary and mobile surveillance tactics, capturing high-quality video and photographic proof of subjects in action. Crafting comprehensive investigative reports is just the beginning, you'll be uploading your findings into their cutting-edge case management system, readying them for the next thrilling chapter.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct covert field surveillance using both stationary and mobile tactics.
• Capture top-notch video and photographic evidence of subjects.
• Prepare comprehensive investigative reports based on collected intelligence.
• Upload findings into our cutting-edge case management system.
• Conduct interviews and recorded statements, extracting key insights.
• Provide compelling legal testimony when called upon.
• Assist in setting up outside surveillance cameras for our Unmanned department.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong ability to gather, compile, and report data.
• Capable of providing legal depositions and testimony.
• Expertise in evidence gathering and organization.
• Knowledge of legal documentation procedures.

License/Certification Requirements:

• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Current auto insurance.

Required Equipment:

Under close supervision, the employee will learn to perform routine aspects of estimating assignments to acquire the basic principles of estimating. Sections of a total project estimate will be delegated to the employee to prepare estimated quantities and costs. This position will usually specialize in a particular discipline (Mechanical, Structural, Electrical or Architectural). Request for costs will be sent to vendors or subcontractors in the local area where construction will be done, and the results will be analyzed and verified with historical data and research.

Essential Functions

• Lean how to ensure accurate quantities of materials needed and the pricing of these materials in a specific discipline and section of a project to realistically predict the cost to construct.
• Assist in the completion of estimates in a timely fashion to allow adequate review by superiors.
• Regularly communicate with subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing
• Gain knowledge of the need to re-evaluate cost estimates throughout the design phase of a project and prepare change orders of items in the Estimator’s discipline to account for scope of work changes.
• Learn to coordinate his/her section of the estimate with other disciplines to ensure all elements of the estimate are accounted for.
• Obtain applicable labor rates and quotations for materials and systems to establish an accurate estimate.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required Education and Experience

• Actively enrolled in a 4 or 5-year degree program in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming and understanding environment for diverse backgrounds.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on the unique needs and circumstances of each client, fostering a path to healing and resilience.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans, supporting the maintenance of stable functioning and empowering clients in their mental health journey.
• Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your expertise to enhance client care.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, upholding the highest standards of professional responsibility.
• Engage in collaborative care with our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists, to provide a holistic approach to mental health care.

Qualifications

• Possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• If required, provisional license per state regulation.
• Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health including free supervision and continuing education.
• Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.

New Directions Mental Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $33 - $38 per billable unit. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
