Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Identify opportunities and challenges within the customer journey and develop strategies for improving the flow
  • Partner with the Director, Digital Marketing to create multi-channel, growth marketing strategy plans; supporting company-wide, multi-year marketing plan

Website Management & Optimization

  • Leverage reporting tools to monitor websites' performance
  • Partner with the Associate, Digital Advertising on opportunities to increase lead performance quality and reporting on the end-to-end customer journey
  • Monitor and manage incoming lead flow across multifamily websites to ensure timely follow-up and optimal distribution
  • Maintain and optimize lead capture forms, chatbots, and contact pathways on websites
  • Oversee the website maintenance and site content optimization

Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution

  • Build and deploy automated email and SMS journeys to nurture customers throughout the funnel
  • Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage to deliver personalized communications
  • Test and refine drip campaigns, autoresponders, and re-engagement workflows to improve lease conversion rates
  • Support marketing campaigns with timely execution of automated communications and lead flow updates

Systems & Data Management

  • Own day-to-day management of marketing automation platforms (e.g., CRM, CDP, etc.)
  • Ensure clean data hygiene and integration between marketing platforms
  • Work with analytics teams to develop dashboards that surface actionable insights on campaign and lead performance


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing management, marketing automation, CRM, or lead management, preferably in commercial real estate
  • Familiarity with CRM, CDP, MAP, GA4 and Google Tag Manager platforms
  • Understanding of digital advertising, website conversion tactics, and SEO
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and act on them

Primary Responsibilities:

The Opportunity:

The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, providing world-class, convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to One Medical patients in concert with their primary care providers. Through advanced technology and a team-based approach, we care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. What you’ll be working on:

- Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

- Completed an accredited PA program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:

- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)

- Currently licensed in DC with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every Saturday or Sunday required)
- Current shifts range from (6am-5pm EST, 7am-6pm EST, 8am-7pm EST, 11am-10pm EST, 1pm-12am EST)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills

The Role

We are hiring a Head of Digital Marketing to build and own our lead generation system.


You will report directly to the President and work alongside experienced digital advisors who help shape strategic direction and prioritization. Execution is yours. Strategy is collaborative.


This is not an agency-manager role.

This is not a brand-only role.

This is a builder role.


Your mandate in Year 1:


Create a reliable, always-improving acquisition engine that consistently turns traffic and subscribers into qualified leads.


You will run paid media (Meta + Google), own acquisition-focused email marketing flows, and drive CRO improvements within the Shopify ecosystem. You’ll work with outside developers and creative partners — but performance accountability sits with you.

Responsibilities


Paid Acquisition

  • Run Meta and Google Ads directly (hands on keyboard)
  • Build and optimize paid campaigns focused on qualified demo bookings


Lifecycle & Lead Nurture

  • Architect and refine Klaviyo welcome and nurture flows designed to convert subscribers into sales conversations
  • Conversion Optimization
  • Own CRO direction across the Shopify ecosystem including landing pages, lead capture, and UX improvements


Creative & Testing

  • Collaborate with creative partners to test new hooks, offers, and angles
  • Continuously test, iterate, and improve the acquisition engine


Performance Management

  • Track and report on CPL, demo volume, and funnel conversion metrics


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Experience operating inside the Shopify ecosystem
  • Working familiarity with Klaviyo
  • Clear bias toward action and testing
  • Comfortable working directly with leadership
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you want to build, not just execute tasks
