Job Duties Coordinates and supervises the delivery of nursing care and activities on assigned unit.
Assists in developing, initiating, and supporting improvements, on the unit level, that facilitate the delivery of high quality, safe and cost-effective patient care.
Responsible for ensuring that the highest level of care is provided, optimizing all customer interactions, to maximize patient satisfaction.

- Education: Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- Experience: Each candidate's previous clinical experience is reviewed to determine acceptable experience.
- Certifications/Registrations/Licenses:
- A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. Should you hold a RN license from another Compact state, you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside within 30 days.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire.
- American Heart Association ACLS and NIHSS is required within orientation period for ICU/CCU, SICU, and CVICU.

Join Conduent as a Client Monitoring Field Specialist and help support participants across your assigned region in Louisiana. This role requires daily travel and in-person visits to monitor services and ensure program requirements are met. You will complete about 10 in-person visits per day, update client records, and report any participant changes or concerns. This position is ideal for someone who works well independently, stays organized, and manages time effectively.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Able to travel 75% daily within assigned region, and work from home 25%
Valid Louisiana driver’s license and auto insurance
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams, Word)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities
Knowledge of healthcare or Medicaid programs
