The Role - Site Manager
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day to day running of a large scale housing development in Dublin. You will manage site operations from groundworks through to handover, ensuring that programme targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
This is a key leadership role on site where your ability to coordinate subcontractors, drive progress, and maintain standards will directly impact project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all on site activities from groundworks through to completion
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company procedures
• Drive the construction programme and ensure milestones are achieved
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site teams
• Maintain high quality standards across all aspects of the build
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits
• Liaise with project management, design teams, and stakeholders
• Ensure accurate site reporting and documentation
• Oversee snagging, finishing, and handover processes
About You:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or housing developments
• Trade or construction related background
• Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and meet tight deadlines
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and programme delivery
• Self motivated with a hands on approach to site management
