The Position
A highly regarded U.S. law firm is seeking a junior mid-level Associate to join its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice in Chicago. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a close-knit, high-performing team advising on the full spectrum of compensation and benefits matters within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The role offers broad exposure to sophisticated work, including advising corporate and non-profit clients on executive compensation arrangements, employee benefit plans, and the benefits aspects of complex corporate transactions. Associates will work closely with partners and clients, gaining hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility from day one.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in employee benefits and executive compensation
- Familiarity with ERISA, qualified plans, and Section 409A
- Transactional experience supporting M&A or financing deals
- Admission to a Illinois Bar (Illinois Bar preferred or eligibility to waive in)
