The Role
You will have the autonomy to practice comprehensive medicine while being supported by a highly skilled team. About the Role
The Alvarez Firm is hiring for a full-time in-office position that primarily focuses on providing support to our Litigation attorneys. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and will work closely with our Litigation team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a strong moral compass and strengths in organization, written and verbal communication, and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment. Assists primarily with administrative tasks within the Litigation Department. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Drafting and mailing legal documents.
Tracking court dates.
Maintaining client files.
Processing incoming paperwork.
Maintaining and updating Litigation checklists.
Setting up court appearances.
Service Projects and back up on all Litigation filings (litigation/probate/conservatorship).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Prior experience in an administrative role or law firm preferred but not required.
Familiarity with professional phone etiquette and email communication.
