Role Summary

The Medical Education Assistant serves as the operational backbone for our medical conference portfolio. Under the leadership of the Director of Education Programs, this role manages the lifecycle of owned conferences accreditation and faculty engagement—from initial invitation to onsite presentation. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who can navigate the complexities of CME/CE accreditation (ACCME, ACPE, etc.) and seamlessly manage projects at different stages of execution while providing high-touch concierge service to world-renowned oncology experts. This role will own and manage the lifecycle of 9-10 conferences per year and travel as support for additional 4-5 conferences.

Key Responsibilities

Faculty Management for Owned Conferences

• Lead all formal communications with invited faculty, including invitations, disclosure collection, and presentation requests.
• Coordinate complex travel logistics, including flight forms, hotel blocks, and honoraria processing.
• Ensure all speaker materials (bios, photos, and slide decks) are collected, organized, and formatted for the event.

Accreditation & Compliance

• Maintain meticulous documentation files to support ACCME, ACPE, and Joint Accreditation standards.
• Audit faculty disclosure forms to identify and flag potential Conflicts of Interest (COI) for Director review.
• Manage the pre & post-conference workflow: upload educational content, session recordings, pre & post quizzes, and evaluations to the Learning Management System (LMS). Schedule follow up surveys.

Planning & Project Coordination for Owned Conferences

• Attend all bi-weekly conference planning meetings alongside your supervisor.
• Serve as the primary scribe for planning sessions, distributing concise meeting minutes and an updated "Action Items" tracker within 24 hours.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure all departmental milestones are met.

Onsite Conference Support

• Travel 1–2 times per month to provide onsite conference support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for faculty & attendee check-ins, slide deck management, and meeting room logistics.
• Troubleshoot administrative and logistical issues in real-time to ensure a seamless attendee & faculty experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years in a professional administrative, event coordination, or healthcare support role.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; ability to interact with high-level medical professionals with poise.
• Organization: Proven ability to manage high volumes of documentation with zero-error tolerance.
• Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with (or ability to quickly learn) LMS platforms and project management software.
• Availability: Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month, including weekends.

• 30 Days: Complete training on accreditation standards and begin taking minutes for all planning meetings.

The Manager of Medical Education Programs is a people and program leader responsible for leading teams, owning accredited medical education programs, and driving execution at scale. Reporting to the Director of Education Programs, this role provides hands-on leadership while holding full accountability for team performance, program outcomes, accreditation compliance, and cross-functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership & Team Management

Program Ownership & Execution

• Own Binaytara’s accredited education programs, ensuring end-to-end delivery across planning, execution, and post-activity evaluation.
• Lead CME accredited conferences from concept through closeout, ensuring faculty coordination, timelines, logistics, and deliverables are met.
• Provide oversight for agenda development, educational design, execution, and outcomes analysis.

Accreditation, Compliance & Risk Oversight

• Serve as a compliance leader and escalation point for CME, CPE, and CNE activities.
• Ensure full compliance with ACCME, ACPE, and related accreditation standards across all programs.
• Support COI disclosure, review, mitigation, and documentation processes, ensuring consistency and audit readiness.
• Support maintaining comprehensive, audit-ready documentation for reaccreditation, audits, and activity-level reviews.

Learning Management System (LMS) Governance

• Provide managerial oversight of LMS standards, data integrity, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate activity setup, credit designation, learner data, evaluations, and credit claiming.
• Guide the team in troubleshooting LMS issues related to compliance, learner experience, and reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and data quality.

Grant & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with the Grants Team to ensure educational grant commitments are delivered on time, as approved, and in compliance.
• Track grant deliverables, timelines, and outcomes; address risks and escalate issues proactively.
• Collaborate with internal leaders and external stakeholders to align priorities, resolve challenges, and ensure program success.

Continuous Improvement & Quality Assurance

• Review program outcomes, learner feedback, and compliance data to drive improvements.
• Lead process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, consistency, and learner experience.
• Support internal training on accreditation standards, compliance practices, and program management expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience owning and delivering multiple concurrent projects.
• 5+ years of full-time progressive leadership experience.
• Ability to lead through influence, make decisions, and hold teams accountable.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education or related field or MBA.

Travel Requirement: This position requires travel to our conference/event sites in WA state or outside WA state, which will include overnight stays.

Physical Ability: May be required to carry/lift/transport suitcases/bags/containers containing conference materials from/to the Binaytara office or another designated place to conferences sites. As a Decorative Interior Repairperson, you will be essential in ensuring that our aircraft interiors meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will be vital in identifying and documenting any visible defects during thorough inspections, allowing you to execute precise repairs on interior trim and furnishings. By utilizing detailed specifications and prints, you will ensure that all materials used are appropriate and effective for the aircraft. Additionally, you will be required to pass an eye examination for color perception to ensure optimal performance in your role. Your meticulous approach will involve disassembling components, cleaning surfaces, and applying various finishes to achieve a flawless appearance. Collaboration with engineering and planning teams will be key as you address any challenges that arise, ensuring that all repairs conform to established procedures and specifications.

Position Responsibilities:

• Obtain work assignments from the team leader or review relevant paperwork to determine tasks.
• Perform walk-through inspections of aircraft interiors to identify and document visible defects for repair.
• Make repairs to interior trim and furnishings using materials such as plastics, vinyl, and metal, and remove stains or scratches.
• Use prints, specifications, and documents necessary to accomplish work effectively.
• Obtain and verify kitted repair supplies, ensuring color combinations are suitable for the aircraft.
• If supplies are not pre-picked, gather specified materials from storage areas as outlined in installation plans or non-conformance records. Disassemble defective interior trim parts using hand tools and clean surfaces prior to applying new materials.
• Apply potting compounds, primers, adhesives, and special finishes as required by specifications and work orders.
• Fit and assemble detail components to repaired parts according to specifications and drawings.
• Paint or touch up repair areas using appropriate tools to achieve the desired finish, including mixing and matching paint as needed.
• Rework materials per engineering specifications and incorporate changes as needed, including leather repairs and touch-ups.
• Remove marks and scratches from metal surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Seal edges of repair areas with color-matched sealant as required.
• Consult with engineering, planning, and inspection on job-related issues and contact team leaders or supervisors when assistance is needed.
• Document repairs identified by other mechanics and maintain personal certifications as required.

Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:

• Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.
• Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.
• Work in environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and coolants.
• Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards.
• Adapt to varying noise levels and atmospheric conditions.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience working with vinyl wallpaper, composites/non-metallic materials.
• Experience applying and evaluating decorative paint/ink for color match.
• Ability to wear eye, hearing, foot, hand, respirator and other personal protective equipment/safety gear at all time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with aerospace or automotive spray painting.
• Experience working with detailed work instructions or reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
• Experience with touch-up painting.
• Enrollment in a Boeing partnered manufacturing related high school, community and technical college academic program.

Position Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, rework, repair, and finish a variety of non-metallic parts, tools, and assemblies to specifications using methods such as layup, foaming, bonding, molding, and drap forming.
• Operate mixers, impregnating equipment, heat treaters, curing equipment, formers, presses, and ovens according to established procedures, as well as various cutting equipment for flat pattern cuts of composite materials.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to provide input on design optimization for developmental and emergent projects.
• Utilize prints, charts, change notices, sketches, work orders, and engineering drawings to complete work assignments effectively.
• Impregnate materials and cut fabrics to size using appropriate tools such as knives and shears.
• Hand and machine finish parts to required tolerances, ensuring proper fit within completed assemblies.
• Sand and polish molds to achieve smooth surfaces and wrap mandrels with impregnated materials to meet specifications.
• Place vacuum bags over wrapped parts, test for leaks, and seal any identified leaks in pressure and vacuum bags.
• Prepare and apply protective materials, lacquers, and parting agents to molds, forms, and dies.
• Load, unload, and operate ovens, presses, and pressure bags during the curing process of parts and assemblies.
• Drill, trim, seal, part-mark, sand, and edge break parts to meet production requirements.
• Select and secure appropriate tools, fixtures, and equipment to accomplish assigned work.
• Use shop mathematics and precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in work assignments.
• Perform Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) on equipment, including cleaning, oiling, greasing, and changing filters to maintain optimal operation.

• Comfortable working from high/exposed places, tight spaces and working from ladders.
• Ability to work in noisy environments while completing tasks.
