THE POSITION:
A CT Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) equipment to assist physicians in diagnosing and monitoring various medical conditions. They ensure patient safety, produce high-quality images, and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with established protocols

The Opportunity
The Service Clerk reports to the Store Manager/Senior Assistant Manager and is responsible for maintaining carts, assisting customers with purchases and assistance to their cars as requested, checking prices on products, returning merchandise to store shelves, parking lot and store maintenance.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Collect and organize shopping carts within the store and retrieve carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas.
- Assist customers with the loading of merchandise into shopping carts. Provide customers with assistance to and loading of their vehicles.
- Check retail prices on shelf for check stand personnel.
- Pull merchandise from check stand (\"go backs\") and return it to the proper shelf. Walk aisles and return any misplaced items to their proper location. Face merchandise on aisles as needed.
- Monitor cleanliness of store entrance: sweep front area inside and outside and pick up and empty trash regularly throughout the day, mop outside walkways and clean entrance/exit doors daily.

Candidates must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Candidates must be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize workflow, project scheduling, and deadlines. Our Commercial Estimators spend 95% of their time in the office but do perform job walks and site visits as needed for bids and jobs that require it. They maintain excellent working relationships with our customers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Below is a brief description of what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced HVAC takeoffs and input utilizing the estimating software.
- Review all bid documents to determine the complete project scope.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, material, and labor estimates involved in projects using internal methodologies, techniques, and or processes.
- Prepare and present estimate documentation, including gaps in available data.
- Assist in preliminary estimates for planning purposes and detailed itemized estimates based on final plans and specifications.
- Track and analyze data to reduce gaps between estimates and the actual cost.
- Review completed estimates and proposals for thoroughness, accuracy, value engineering alternatives and compliance with strategic goals.
- Attend job turnover meetings, and assure preparation of job turnover meeting materials. Attend job closing meetings.
- Review material pricing provided by purchasing and suppliers, and adjusts estimating database and procedures accordingly.
- Gather details and maintain current market data necessary to accurately estimate construction, material and soft costs associated with project construction.
- Continuously follow up on all bid projects and accurately forecast future awards/probabilities.
Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge of all standard HVAC systems in commercial, industrial and institutional construction projects.
- Deep understanding of HVAC construction bid process and on screen takeoff platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
- Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
Required Characteristics:
- Must have a strong work ethic and a “can-do” problem-solving attitude.
- Must be an excellent listener and communicator.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- 3+ years’ in Commercial/Industrial HVAC Estimating required
- Bachelor degree in a Construction related profession or similar is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of California Building Code, SMACNA HVAC and Duct requirements, CA Title 24 and Mechanical code is required
Additional Qualifications:
- Previous HVAC field experience (preferred not required)
- Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Safety leader and wears appropriate PPE while on any job site
- Observe all company procedures and safety rules
- Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required

Patient Volume: Approximately 24 patients/day; 29 are scheduled but there is a 20% no show rate. Walk-ins and same day appointments are also welcome if there is a huge no show rate, so may be up to 29 patients/day.
Procedures: Full scope General Pediatrics - circumcisions included. Bread & Butter pediatrics. Peds MD will have to be flexible with being able to cover different locations if needed.
EMR: EPIC
License: CA license
Certifications: BC or truly BE - Will NOT take non-boarded physician.
Relevant Experience: Need 2-3 years minimum of Peds experience.
Additional Information:
Try to schedule the pediatricians with their own MA's. There will be 1 MA's scheduled with them. The MA is a float.
There are additional sites/locations for Pediatrics, and the locum will have to be comfortable to switching locations, if absolutely needed.
There is a 3 week ramp up period of Epic training.

The Position
- An Interim Telemetry Manager is needed to lead a 34-bed cardiac telemetry/stroke unit in a well-supported hospital environment.
- Reporting to the Inpatient Nursing Director, this leader will oversee 73 FTEs.
- Key responsibilities include overseeing unit operations, ensuring staff accountability, maintaining survey readiness, and focusing on improving quality indicators such as falls, VTEs, and hospital-acquired infections.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemetry or ICU settings, with a leadership style that is approachable, kind, and firm. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Active RN license required.
- Minimum of five years of relevant clinical experience in telemetry or ICU, with prior management experience in a unionized hospital setting strongly preferred.
Compensation Details
- Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
- The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
