We seek a Product Marketing Manager with a strong analytical background to lead product marketing and digital marketing strategy for one or more of our verticals. This candidate will focus on strategic digital marketing efforts that drive awareness, highlight the benefits of our suite of educational tools, and convert leads into paying customers. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and capable of translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education Required

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field required

Minimum Required Experience

· 7 years of experience in a similar role leading digital marketing strategy

· Demonstrable digital marketing experience, including growth marketing (demand generation), content marketing, and social media marketing strategy

· Experience with SEO and SEM best practices; strong experience with social media marketing and content creation preferred

· Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM Rush (or similar) preferred

JOB DUTIES (including but not limited to)

Campaign Prep & Misc. (70%)

· Oversee the production of effective email and digital marketing campaigns

· Oversee SEO and SEM strategy for assigned verticals

· Manage the strategy of social media content creation

· Manage the forum marketing strategy

· Create and regularly measure and report on marketing metrics

· Own assigned pieces of the UWorld marketing plan

· Recommend and edit necessary collateral to support product offerings

· Enforce UWorld brand standards

Marketing Strategy (20%)

· Define an annual product marketing strategy

· Serve as the embedded product marketing specialist for assigned verticals

· Define and refine product differentiators and market positioning

Market Research (10%)

· Perform comprehensive, detailed market research on target market(s), including

competitive analysis

· Define buyer personas, target markets, and how buyers consume their media and make decisions

· Outline buying cycles

· Recommend product pricing

· Report on industry trends and recommend actions to position UWorld ahead of

· competition

Position Details: 

• Self/preferential scheduling posted four weeks in advance for you to have predictability in your schedule 
• Culture of mutual respect and collaboration among all surgical staff 
• Continuous investment in equipment including surgical instruments, devices and patient positioning for you to do your best work with patient safety and workflow efficiency in the Operating Room 
• Rounding with unit leaders, including charge nurses, to ensure your voice is heard on suggestions for patient care and surgical workflow improvement 
• On-call is required during select non-business hours 

What you will do in this role: 

• Evaluate patients prior to surgery 
• Provide patient and family education surrounding the procedure and peri-operative process
• Assume responsibility for patient preparation, including intravenous therapy, preoperative medications, and surgical site verification 
• Participate in surgical site verification, including briefing, time out, debriefing, and universal protocols, according to hospital policy 
• Recognize and respond to patient emergencies 
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives 
• Be an integral member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team – consisting of the provider(s), surgeons, surgical technologists and more 
• Consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients
• Assess patient condition, monitor throughout your shift, and document changes in patient condition along with the care provided thoroughly 
• Educate patients and families/caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, treatment and follow-up measures 

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• RN License
• Associate Degree is required, Bachelor Degree is preferred
• 2+ years RN experience in a hospital setting

• The Nurse Manager of Labor and Delivery is responsible for all departmental functions in support of the hospital mission, vision and facility goals.
• The Nurse Manager of Labor and Delivery identifies the cost-effective systems needed to support the business of the department taking into account business trends, resource availability and changes in customers.
• This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies, including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors. Is responsible for fiscal and human resource allocation based on guidelines.
• You will develop plan of care for service based upon RN assessment/re-assessment.
• You will be responsible for maintaining all requirements needed to function as a staff nurse in Labor and Delivery in order to perform these duties in times of high census and or minimal staffing.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required. Advanced degree preferred.
• Five years of management experience to include management of personnel, payroll, budgets, capital, business planning, marketing, physician relations and management of supervisory positions preferred.
• Labor and Delivery experience required.
• Must be competent in L&D clinical practice.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

• Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license required.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider required.
• NRP required within 3 months of hire.
• Must successfully complete AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring Course within 1 year of hire or provide documentation of completion of the AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Course.

· Interns must complete NRP within 3 months of hire and ACLS within one year of hire.

 · Must successfully complete AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring Course within 1 year of hire or provide documentation of completion of the AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Course or the AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring Course
