Utilize AutoCAD and/or Revit for development of project plans for certain project types that may include single line diagrams, schematics, P&ID’s, etc.
Prepare and revise documentation in various project phases including site plans, diagrams, and details.
Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure compatibility with the design intent.
Provide review of shop drawings and submittals, responds to RFIs, prepares site observation reports, and performs other contract administration tasks.
Development of job specific discipline specifications.
Evaluation and selection of electrical systems and materials.
Attend project coordination meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants.
Participate in value engineering and basic cost estimating.

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.

- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
