The Residences at Seneca, a division of Medical Services of America, Inc., currently seeks an experienced Full Time Housekeeper for our residents in Seneca, SC.
Responsible for cleaning resident living areas according to a regular schedule and established guidelines. Adheres to and conveys a philosophy that supports the dignity, privacy, independence, choice and individuality of residents.
What You'll Do:
Bathroom Cleaning:
- Removes dirty towels and replaces with clean towels.
- Cleans toilets (including tank and outside the bowl), and sprays disinfectant into the bowl.
- Cleans the shower (including shower walls and floor).
- Cleans the shower curtain (if needed) and shower fixtures.
- Cleans the mirror, counter and polishes fixtures.
Furniture & Fixture Cleaning:
- Dusts the tips, sides and front of furniture with furniture polish.
- Wipes window sills and air conditioning units
- Cleans any mirrors or glass in the living area with glass cleaner (excluding windows).
Kitchenette Cleaning:

- Refers to housekeeping and laundry tasks lists to ensure resident needs and preferences are met.
- Relates to residents in a courteous, understanding and cooperative manner.
- Cleans office areas and other common areas according to a regular schedule and/or as requested by Maintenance Director, Executive Director or Resident Services Director.
- Monitors changes in the status of residents and reports such observations to the Executive Director or Resident Services Director
- Ensures adequate inventory of all housekeeping supplies on a regular basis, and submits orders for needed products to Maintenance Director in a timely manner.
- Reports any abuse, suspected abuse or alleged abuse to the Executive Director and appropriate agency(s).

Position Summary
The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor leads daily warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring the efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods to support production schedules and customer deliveries.
