The Role

The Compliance Director ensures that Gnomon maintains full institutional integrity and regulatory eligibility across all governing bodies, including the Department of Education (ED), ACCSC, BPPE, This is a senior, cross-functional leadership role that integrates academic, financial, and operational compliance to protect the school’s accreditation and legal authority to operate. What You’ll Do
  • Lead all institutional compliance and accreditation functions for Gnomon, ensuring year-round readiness and alignment with U.S. Department of Education (ED), ACCSC, and BPPE standards.
  • Maintain and execute the master compliance calendar, coordinating deliverables across departments to meet all regulatory deadlines.
  • Draft, review, and submit all required filings, including the ACCSC Annual Report, BPPE Annual Report, Institutional Assessment and Improvement Plan (IAIP), audited financial statements, student catalog updates, and enrollment agreements.
  • Oversee site-visit readiness, including mock audits, exhibit management, and direct coordination with accrediting and state agencies.
  • Audit internal processes and documentation—such as student records, faculty qualifications, placement data, refund calculations, policies, and marketing materials—to verify compliance accuracy and institutional integrity.
  • Partner with leadership and department heads (Education, Registrar, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Student Affairs, Marketing, and Finance) to design and refine processes that meet all regulatory requirements while improving the student and staff experience.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes by monitoring agency communications and Calls for Comment; brief executive leadership on emerging standards, risks, and required actions.
  • Develop, train, and reinforce Gnomon’s institutional compliance culture, ensuring every department understands its role in maintaining accreditation and licensure standards.
  • Oversee the handling and resolution of student complaints and concerns, ensuring each case is documented, investigated, and resolved in accordance with Title IX and all state and federal due-process requirements. Maintain a controlled, non-escalatory environment by addressing issues promptly and transparently, reinforcing Gnomon’s commitment to equity, fairness, and student well-being.
  • Ensure institutional compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by overseeing accessibility processes, accommodations, and related documentation that support an inclusive learning and working environment.
  • Maintain ongoing compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations—including Title IV, Title IX, ADA, ACCSC, BPPE, and U.S. Department of Education standards—through proactive coordination of policies, documentation, and internal reviews.
  • Identify potential risks early, escalate concerns appropriately, and recommend corrective actions to executive leadership to ensure continuous improvement and institutional accountability.

  • Minimum 5years of experience managing higher-education compliance, accreditation, or licensing (ACCSC and BPPE experience required; Title IV familiarity preferred).

The Assistant Director for Training & Education develops and implements educational initiatives that advance gender equity across all genders-including women, men, nonbinary and transgender individuals-LGBTQ+ inclusion, and intersectional justice at UC Berkeley. In accordance with the Mission, Core Values and Vision; the Nurse Liaison Home Infusion will be a Registered Nurse responsible for assessing patients and their suitability for the Home Infusion program. This position will assume responsibility for verifying that appropriate pre-certification documentation is available to ensure reimbursement, quoting rates for therapy within established guidelines, and coordinating care with applicable agencies and the Mount Carmel Infusion Services pharmacy staff. This person will function with a high level of independent judgment, using skills and knowledge acquired through education and customer service expectations to enhance patient care. In addition, the nurse will contribute clinical expertise to organizational planning and decision-making and may also be involved in business development activities as they relate to business expansion or new program development. 

  

What You Will Do: 

  • Maintains daily communication with case managers/discharge planners and units to help ensure that patients referred for services are followed up with in a timely and efficient manner. 

  • Responsible for the successful clinical coordination of care from the referral source into the home setting on behalf of Mount Carmel Infusion Services. 

  • Provides and utilizes clinical expertise and skills to assist referral sources &/or patients with: 

  • The identification of appropriate candidates for home infusion &/or home health care 

  • The identification of the patients’ and/or caregivers ability to provide care 

  • Patient education and training regarding therapy and supplies, as well as, clarifying expectations of care in the home. 

  • Medication connection at the hospital / facility in order to expedite the discharge into the home setting, as appropriate 

  • Coordinates and communicates all discharge planning activities for new patient referrals with Mount Carmel Infusion Services personnel and referral sources. 

  • Appropriately documents the coordination of care activity including, but not limited to: 

  • Home infusion &/or nursing services utilized 

  • All communication with patients, referral sources, physicians and Mount Carmel Infusion Services personnel 

  • All patient &/or caregiver education & training 

  • Interacts with healthcare team members to answer any questions related to home infusion and community-based services as they plan for patient discharges from the acute care setting. 

  • Functions as a liaison between nursing and other disciplines and departments in resolving patient issues. 

  

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or Registered Nurse (RN) from an accredited college or school of nursing with equivalent experience required 

  • License / Certification: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio required. 

  • Current Certified Registered Nurse Infusion preferred 

  • (CRNI) credential preferred or be willing to obtain within 6 months of hire 

  • Must have valid and current Ohio Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site 

  • BLS Healthcare provider training required 

  • Experience: Must have a minimum of two (2) years' experience in infusion care setting and experience with processing referrals for homecare and pre-certification.

Job Summary The Senior Program Manager, International Student Recruitment is the subject matter expert (SME) and key driver for the development and implementation of a strategic student outreach/recruitment campaign to attract qualified applicants in designated world regions on behalf of NYU Abu Dhabi (NYUAD).

This position has primary responsibility to develop specific regional plans to drive student applications to NYUAD, optimize initiatives and activities to enhance the student application pool, conduct data-driven impact analysis of recruitment activities on application targets from each region, and develop focused reports to communicate success and strategies to change approaches as required.

Provides guidance and direction to a global team of international recruitment professionals to achieve program deliverables including accountability of each team deliverables in five different world regions.

Empowers team members to take a well-informed, data-driven, and strategic approach to country-level and regional-level outreach through providing guidance, training, and support.

Develops user-friendly recruitment resources and tools with assistance from the Business Process Analyst to inform recruitment planning and decision making.
