Special Education Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Plan Development: Create effective lesson plans to be submitted each Friday for the following week. Plans should accommodate various student levels, include procedures for assessing knowledge, outline the content standards addressed, and specify the curriculum used.
- Supervision of Paraprofessionals: Oversee and direct paraprofessionals assigned to the classroom. While Program Supervisors and Site Administrators will assist in supervision, it is the teacher's primary responsibility in the classroom.
- Implementation of PBIS Program (in placements where Applicable) :Manage the classroom's Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) program, including tracking behavior points, maintaining the student store, and communicating with parents/guardians. Ensure daily documentation of behavioral data in Point Quest's database.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a classroom environment that prioritizes student engagement and safety, implementing the behavior plan, modifying state-adopted curriculum, and employing strategies to effectively teach students with various disabilities.
- IEP Meetings and Documentation: Attend IEP meetings for students assigned to the classroom. Write updates for each student's annual IEP in coordination with the school district, and enter all IEP updates (Present Levels, BIP, ITP, and Goals) into SEIS 7 days prior to the scheduled meeting.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff and outside agencies to effectively educate each student.
- Instructional Planning: Plan instruction and design learning experiences based on data. Conduct summative assessments with each student no less than three times per year.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including twice-monthly teacher meetings and monthly all-staff trainings. Teachers are encouraged to engage in additional professional development outside of Point Quest.
Special Education Teacher Qualifications:
- Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Special Education strongly recommended. Valid Special Education Credential (Intern, Preliminary, Clear, Level 1, Level 2 acceptable). Educational Specialist Credential in Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe disabilities, depending on classroom assignment.
- Experience: 2-5 years working with students with learning and/or social-emotional needs. Experience in running a special day class and implementing curriculum and behavior interventions.
- Skills: Proficient in written and verbal English, including business writing and professional communication. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Computer-literate with knowledge of standard software applications and internet.
- Certifications & Clearances: Applicable State Level Certification
Special Education Teacher Physical Demands:
- Environment: Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes.

Training Coordinator II Position Summary The Training Coordinator supports the design, delivery, and administration of enterprise-wide learning programs for a large, multi-state commercial roofing organization with approximately 15,000 employees.
This role ensures consistent execution of technical, leadership, compliance, and training initiatives across field, operations, and corporate teams.
The Training Coordinator works closely with operations leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and HR partners to coordinate logistics, maintain learning systems, track participation, and support continuous improvement of training programs that enhance workforce capability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Training Administration & Coordination Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for in-person, virtual, and blended training programs across multiple regions.
Manage class rosters, registrations, waitlists, cancellations, and attendance tracking.
Serve as primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting.

The Marketing Analytics Analyst supports Legacy Traditional Schools by transforming marketing and enrollment data into actionable insights that improve student recruitment and family engagement. Reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence, the Marketing Analytics Analyst serves as a strategic partner to marketing leadership by improving data quality, clarifying performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns, resource allocation, and enrollment outcomes. This role helps ensure marketing efforts are measurable, efficient, and continuously improving so more families can find and connect with the educational opportunities Legacy provides.
Essential Functions:
1. Marketing Data Management and Governance:
- Collect, integrate, and validate data from web analytics, CRM, paid media, SIS, application, and marketing automation platforms.
- Own and maintain marketing data integrations and reporting workflows across tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SchoolMint, and student information systems.
- Define, document, and maintain standardized marketing metrics, reporting logic, and data governance practices.

Required Qualifications:

- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, such as Python or R.

Implement student engagement strategies that ensure adequate progress toward goals.
Write, implement, and progress monitor individualized communication goals for students on your caseload.
Engage in data-driven instruction decisions with the entire team.
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies throughout all practices.
Duties:
Provide Speech and language services to students with IEPs. The number of students varies depending on workload and possible SLPA support.
Possible supervision of SLPAs with the implementation of speech and language services in the classroom, depending on caseload numbers.
Write and attend IEP meetings as the SLP service coordinator.
Evaluate students in the area of speech and language as determined by the MET team.

Health Center has extended hour M-Th 7a-7p, Friday 7a-5p, and Saturday 8a-1p. MA will be responsible for a 10 hour week day 4 days per week. MA will be responsible to work 1 Saturday (approx every 8 weeks).

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides a variety of administrative and clinical support functions which contribute to the overall efficient operation of the clinic and serves as part of the care team. Responsible for performing duties that are taught with onsite education and training. Provides outstanding customer service and ensures a smooth patient flow process by providing services in admissions, scheduling patients, paperwork completion, and communication between providers and other clinical support staff. CORE FUNCTIONS 1. Collects patient data in the intake process, escorts patients back to the patient exam rooms, takes vitals. and documents all interactions according to policy. Communicates and reports condition of patient which may be indicative of change in the patient's condition to the provider and ensures findings are accurately documented in the medical record.
2. Assists patients and their families with completing documents and initiates interpreter services for those with communication barriers. Uses discretion and is attentive to issues of HIPAA. Processes patient specific documents according to HIMS guidelines including identifying and placing manual barcodes on documents. Follows guidelines to assist with preparing medical records for the next day.
3. Maintains a clean, orderly, and well-stocked environment in accordance with infection prevention standards. May assist in room set-up and tray set-up dependent on specialty and needs of the department and under the direct supervision of a licensed professional.
4. Receives incoming calls from both internal and external lines, documents messages and routes to appropriate clinical staff, transferring calls when necessary. Provides support to include, pick-up/prioritizing/distributing mail, completing purchase requests, ordering supplies/forms, maintaining and re-stocking lobbies.
5. Ensures documentation in medical records are complete. Assists in facilitating requests for patient medical records from hospitals, practice offices and other ancillary. Follows guidelines and assists in developing procedures to ensure that medical records are in compliance with all state and federal laws. 6. Optimizes patient flow by using effective customer service communication skills utilizing kindness, tact and courtesy to ensure positive patient response to service. Demonstrates proactive interpersonal communications skills when relating to internal and external customers. Uses discretion and is attentive to issues of customer confidentiality. Demonstrates skills in pro-active resolution and attempts to resolve scheduling conflicts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
Current BLS certification is required.
Requires skills and abilities typically attained with 6 months of healthcare experience. Must possess excellent organizational skills, as well as effective human relations and communication skills. Computer literacy and keyboarding skills required.
Employees working at Banner MD Anderson on the Banner University Medical Center Phoenix campus must possess a State of Arizona Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain the card for the duration of their employment. This is a requirement of the Whole Family Counseling Program held at this specific facility. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.

School Psychologist Key Responsibilities:
- Psychological Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of cognitive, emotional, adaptive, and behavioral functioning using a range of standardized tests.
- IEP & 504 Plan Support: Develop and consult on individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans based on assessment data. Create evidence-based interventions and strategies.
- Crisis Support & Training: Provide crisis support during emergencies and offer training to school staff on mental health, behavior management, and instructional strategies.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate, confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress. Prepare detailed reports for IEP meetings, evaluations, and other necessary documentation.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings to review and plan student interventions.
School Psychologist Qualifications:
- Certification: Arizona Department of Education School Psychologist Certification
- Background Check: Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, FBI Background Check (or equivalent state or national fingerprint clearance).

- Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP)
- Prior experience working as a school psychologist
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
