Seeking a dynamic Restaurant AGM. Our client is seeking a talented AGM to drive outstanding service, team performance, and operational excellence at a thriving restaurant.

As the AGM, you'll serve as a key leader supporting the GM, overseeing operations, leading the service team, and ensuring seamless dining experiences.

What you will be doing:

• Lead daily operations

• Step in as acting General Manager during absences, overseeing full restaurant operations with confidence and poise.

• Partner with kitchen leadership on menu knowledge, timing, presentation, and special accommodations for dietary needs and allergies.

• Enforce strict health, safety, sanitation, and service standards through regular walkthroughs, audits, and quality assurance.

• Champion guest satisfaction, handle escalations professionally, promote continuous improvement, and build a culture of excellence under pressure.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of proven experience as an Restaurant AGM in a high-volume restaurant

• Genuine passion for guest service, team development, and creating unforgettable dining experiences.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• In-depth knowledge of service standards, POS systems, reservation platforms, guest recovery, and operations.

• Food Handler/ServSafe certification required

• Salary: $90-100k, annually

We continue to experience tremendous growth, despite the current climate, and would like to add a Recruiter to our team immediately. To be successful, this person must be hard-working, motivated, and determined to build out their network to establish their business.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through relationship building and alignment of their goals. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities:

· Be accountable for enhancing the recruitment team's ability to rapidly target, identify, source, and present top talent for current and future searches

· Maintain and develop active candidates through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research

· Conduct virtual interviews or face-to-face meetings to learn more about the individual’s compensation requirements, personality, location requirements, and other aspects that will help us find them a better and/or new job

· Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

· Effectively manage candidate and client process including assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiation

· Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the Class 1 injection well system, including pumps, filters, and other equipment.

• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure efficient system operation.

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including TCEQ requirements.

• Collect and analyze samples, record operational data, and prepare regulatory reports as needed.

• Respond to alarms, equipment failures, and other system issues in a timely manner.

• Work closely with District Manager, engineers, consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure operational integrity.

• Maintain accurate records of injection volumes, system pressures, and maintenance activities.

• Follow all safety protocols and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating injection wells, industrial wastewater treatment systems, or similar processes preferred.

• Knowledge of Class 1 injection well regulations and environmental compliance standards.

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for pumps, valves, and instrumentation.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and regulatory documents.

• Proficiency in using SCADA or other monitoring systems (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized records.

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications in wastewater treatment, well operations, or related fields are a must.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• May require on-call availability for emergencies or system alarms.
