About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, experienced Industrial Sales Representative to lead business development efforts for our industrial ventilation solutions. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical aptitude, existing customer relationships, and a proven track record of selling into industrial environments.
You will work directly with OEMs, manufacturing plants, and industrial facilities, delivering engineered ventilation solutions for products integration and operational challenge
Key Responsibilities

* Develop and grow sales of industrial ventilation products / solutions across assigned territories.
* Manage and expand relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and manufacturing customers.
* Identify new business opportunities, conduct site visits, and provide technical product insights.
* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
* Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.

Required Qualifications

* Industrial sales experience is mandatory (minimum 3+ years preferred).
* Ability to understand basic technical concepts (ventilation, mechanical systems, airflow, equipment specs, etc.).
* Experience selling into industrial markets, OEMs, or manufacturing facilities.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Qualifications

* An established portfolio / existing customer network in industrial or manufacturing markets.
* Experience with engineered products, ventilation systems, or mechanical equipment.
* Technical background or hands-on industrial field experience.
