Litigation Associate

A national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join its Litigation business unit in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves handling natural resource litigation, real property disputes (including condemnation), environmental matters, and commercial/contract litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage case files, including drafting motions and pleadings
• Take and defend depositions; participate in hearings and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and prepare strong written work product
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and support teams on litigation strategy
• Utilize e-discovery tools and software in case management

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional writing, advocacy, research, and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
