Job Title: Shopify Admin (DTC Management + B2B Site Development)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Shopify Admin to manage our existing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Shopify store while leading the development and launch of a new B2B/wholesale Shopify website.
This role will oversee daily ecommerce operations, maintain site performance, and support growth by building a streamlined wholesale shopping experience for business customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the existing DTC Shopify store (products, collections, pricing, content updates, promotions)
- Support site performance through ongoing optimization, troubleshooting, and theme maintenance
- Lead the buildout and launch of a separate B2B Shopify website, including site structure, customer access, and wholesale functionality
- Set up B2B-specific features such as customer segmentation, wholesale pricing, tax settings, and account approval workflows
- Coordinate theme setup/customization for both storefronts and assist with migration to a new or updated theme if needed
- Install, configure, and manage Shopify apps and integrations across both stores
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaign launches and product releases
- Monitor store analytics and provide reporting on performance metrics
- Ensure smooth checkout, payment, and fulfillment processes for both DTC and wholesale customers
