- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

This is a PRN (per diem, as needed basis) position reporting to the Director of Intake and Assessment.
As a Van Driver your responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following: Transports clients in a timely and safe manner to and from partial hospital program.
Scheduling transport.
Assist patient in and out of the vehicle as needed.
Daily performs vehicle safety checks.
Maintains a daily driving log of client transportation services.
Communicating client needs and concerns appropriately to management.
Communicating van needs and concerns appropriately to management.
Maintain van log sheets.
Transport van to all regular and scheduled services.
Organizes and maintains patient records by filing reports on the appropriate charts, coordinate forms for admissions, thinning charts, copying reports, assembling charts, and ensuring completeness.
Answering phones, faxing, filing scanning documents as needed.
Performs other duties as required.
Requirements/Qualifications Requirements/Qualifications: Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
Must have and maintain a current and valid state driver's license.
Driving record must be free of accidents, moving violations and/or points and must meet requirements for insurance coverage for Signet Health.
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of and utilizes guest relations principles in all interactions with patients, co-workers, and referral sources.
Utilizes warmth and empathy in all interactions.
Position requires mental alertness.
Requires good oral and written communication skills, as duties may include giving and receiving of information, verbally, in writing and by telephone.
Ability to posses CPR or BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Ability to develop and maintain constructive working relationships with patients, facility staff and medical staff.
