Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our dynamic team. This position offers a balanced work schedule, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate must be willing to perform circumcisions or already have experience in the procedure.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $250,000 annually plus performance-based bonus
  • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
  • Relocation Assistance: (Yes, amount based on need)
  • Vacation: 22.5 days (including vacation, sick leave, CME) plus 8-10 paid holidays annually
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME): Days + annual allowance

Responsibilities and Schedule

  • Patient Panel: 25 patients per day
  • Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM
  • Work Week: 4.5 days with half-day reserved for administrative duties
  • Call Schedule: 5 days per month (Tuesdays and Thursdays during on-call weeks)
  • Hospital: Located 10 minutes from clinic; no deliveries required, no admissions
  • Credentialing: 60-90 days
  • Licensing Support: Provided

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible physician
  • Willingness to perform circumcisions or already experienced in the procedure

Qualifications:
  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
  • Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
  • Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
