- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or an active multistate Compact RN license/n
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on-site as a Travel RN/n
- Strong clinical assessment, patient monitoring, communication, and teamwork skills/n

/n/nKey Responsibilities/n

- Provide high-quality, compassionate acute care to adult patients on the T14 Med/Surg unit during night shifts/n
- Perform clinical assessments, monitor patient status, and document interventions and outcomes in the medical record/n
- Collaborate with physicians, bedside nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning/n
- Support patient and family education, transitions of care, and safe discharge processes/n
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and quality improvement initiatives to promote positive patient outcomes/n
