/n/nJob Description/n

We are seeking a highly qualified Registered Nurse with recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care and work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and monitoring progress.

/n/nResponsibilities/n

- Provide direct patient care in a telemetry setting
/n
- Monitor and assess patient conditions
/n
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
/n
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
/n
- Document patient care and progress accurately
/n

/n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n

/n
- Minimum of 18 months recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience
/n
- Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand
/n
- Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required
/n
- NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start
/n
- Two professional references required from a supervisor or manager in the specialty
