The Role
- Advise clients on bankruptcy filings, creditor rights, restructurings, and insolvency matters
- Handle bankruptcy litigation, motions, adversary proceedings, and creditor committee work
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and restructuring documents
- Collaborate with partners on strategy and client counseling
Compensation
- Base salary $225,000 – $270,000 (DOE)
- Attractive bonus structure (hours-based): $77,500 at 1,850 hours; $20K–$60K at 2,000–2,200 hours; up to $120K at 2,500 hours

Must-Haves
- 2–3 years of relevant bankruptcy/creditor rights experience
- JD from a T20 law school
- GPA 3.5+

Federal bankruptcy court clerkship or oral argument experience
