We are looking for a Residential Post Closer to ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all post-closing activities for residential mortgage loans. This role involves reviewing loan documents, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify all loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all post-closing conditions are met and documented.
• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other parties to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Prepare and submit final loan packages for either secondary market sale or holding in the bank's loan portfolio.
• Receive and account for all loan sales and transaction fees.
• Monitor and track the status of post-closing tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the post-closing process.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate reports of all trailing documentation from public records and title insurance companies and assist with audits as requested.
• Continuously improve post-closing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing, closing, or post-closing.
• Strong knowledge of residential mortgage loan documents and post-closing procedures.
• A resourceful self-starter with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to anticipate needs and effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the mortgage industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain thorough understanding of all products and services offered by Climate First Bank.
• Accept and process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, loan payments.
• Ensure proper customer identification and Bank Secrecy (BSA) procedures are being followed.

You'll oversee our HVAC Sales & Install, Plumbing Service & Install, and Electrical Service & Install departments — managing technicians, installers, project managers, and apprentices across all three trades. WHAT YOU'LL OWN

HVAC Sales

• Lead and coach Project Managers to drive close rates and hit sales targets
• Review all estimates and build sheets for accuracy before equipment is ordered
• Maintain gross profit margins and hold the team to quality standards

Plumbing — Service & Install

• Manage plumbing technicians across service and installation
• Monitor close rates, callbacks, and ensure repair options are presented on every call
• Set up install crews and manage installation checklists
• Drive team performance through ride-alongs, coaching, and accountability

Electrical — Service & Install

• Oversee electrical service and installation teams
• Ensure technicians are running calls properly and representing the company at a high standard
• Coordinate with dispatch to get the right tech on the right job

Team Leadership & Development

• Run daily huddles and set the tone for the day
• Conduct weekly training sessions and bi-weekly 1-on-1s with direct reports

Primary Responsibilities:

• Policies and Procedures - Develop and maintain all department policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with department procedures and control standards, adjusting existing and/or implementing additional controls as needed.

• Products and Services - Coordinate with other departments on the implementation of new products and services. Remain knowledgeable of banking industry trends or issues in order to assist in the assessment of needs and opportunities for service enhancements or new products.
• Customer Service - Assist other department employees with activities related to deposit and treasury management services and related products. Provide assistance to other employees by liaising with them through healthy and positive interactions. Develop and recommend unit quality, productivity, and service level goals as well as provide input for other areas of the Bank.
• Core Conversion & Maintenance - Collaborate with the Core Banking Systems Administrator to update and maintain core banking and ancillary systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of Core System experience required.
• 10+ Prior banking experience required.
• Experience leading diverse teams from entry level to middle manager.
• Sound education in financial products and services, banking regulations and laws.
• Strong accounting and math skills.
• Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with frequent routine changes. Ability to multi-task and prioritize with ease.
• Highly organized self-starter with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to complete assignments with little oversight and supervision.
• Effective communicator with strong active listening skills, excellent writing and speaking skills and the ability to compose professional correspondence. Must be able to communicate tactfully and empathetically with customers, employees, and Bank management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage ALM and capital stress testing modeling initiatives including interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and balance sheet optimization.
• Direct and organize participation in preparation of the annual operating budget. Maintain budget information in accounting system. Review budget variances and reports results to management.
• Review and analyze "what if" scenarios for strategic planning. Prepare various analytical cost analyses and projections.
• Review cash management position to ensure adequate liquidity in an effort to optimize cash.

• Oversee regular updates to model assumptions including loan prepayment speeds, deposit decay, and betas.

Specific Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of the financial services sector.
