About the Role
At Ariat, we are seeking an energetic, collaborative, and forward-thinking Sr. Analyst of Strategy to support the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy. The role will report to the Sr. Director of Strategy, and work closely with the Strategy team and cross-functional partners across the broader organization.
Through rigorous analyses, focus on our customers, structured problem-solving, and strong execution, the Sr. Analyst of Strategy contributes to the overall strategic direction for Ariat. This person will execute high-quality analyses and workstreams that support the prioritization and implementation of near-term initiatives, and provide analytical support in identifying and assessing longer-term growth opportunities across our Retail, eCommerce, Wholesale, and International business segments.

- Supporting the development and execution of Ariat's overall strategy by delivering rigorous analyses and well-structured workstreams that translate strategy into specific initiatives and transformation efforts driving profitable growth
- Conducting market and competitive intelligence research to understand current trends and industry dynamics – and synthesizing findings into clear insights about what they mean for Ariat, both short- and long-term
- Performing detailed evaluation of new business opportunities, including market potential, brand/customer fit, competitive positioning, capability requirements, and business cases
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide clear insights and strategies for key growth initiatives in their respective areas, and how these "ladder up" to Ariat's overall strategy
- Contributing to the assessment of growth and capability investments (e.g., Artificial Intelligence), including use case prioritization, business impact, and change management required
- Partnering with consumer insights and analytics teams to embed "voice of the consumer" into our strategies – with a clear articulation of the "so-what"
- Analyzing underlying drivers of business performance and opportunities for improvement (e.g., sales trends, consumer loyalty, channel growth, etc.) — and developing fact-based recommendations
- Building clear and compelling materials that effectively communicate strategic analyses to the Strategy team, senior stakeholders, and the broader organization
- Supporting day-to-day project execution, and contributing to the development of more junior team members over time

About You
- 4–7 years of work experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy for wholesale and direct-to-consumer companies. Experience in the apparel and/or footwear industry a plus
- Bachelor's degree required

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 per year.

Ariat is hiring a Regulatory Compliance/Privacy Attorney to join our growing legal team. As the sixth member of our legal department, you will help lead the development and implementation of our global regulatory compliance program with a focus on product safety and environmental regulations. - Serving as lead counsel on product and environmental regulations affecting Ariat's footwear, apparel, and accessories, including California Proposition 65, PFAS and other chemical restrictions, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws, sustainability and ESG-related disclosure requirements, modern slavery and supply chain transparency statutes (e.g., CA Transparency in Supply Chains Act, UK Modern Slavery Act), and textile and labeling regulations.
- Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing developing state, federal, and global legislation and regulatory proposals that could impact Ariat's products or operations, and translating those developments into clear, actionable guidance for business teams.
- Partnering with product development, sourcing, marketing, and sustainability teams to assess regulatory risk early in the product lifecycle.

About You
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school, licensed to practice law and in good standing in CA.

Primary Purpose:
The Senior Graphic Designer - Graphic Tees is responsible for creating apparel graphics for FOCO’s licensed sports business. Creative, passionate, and driven Graphic Designer who utilizes a strong sense of brand identity, color, graphic design, and basic production art techniques to create professional designs and develop seasonal sports apparel assortments. The Designer will partner with other in-house design teams to maintain Corporate Branding and season creative direction that enhances individual Leagues through visual storytelling. This includes creating master art files, developing non-calendared special art request graphic concepts, and researching and developing multiple apparel embellishment techniques. This person needs to be a results-oriented, team player with a passion for sports.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Responsible for creating apparel graphics for our licensed sports business and for the build-out of master art files, inclusive of licensing sheet which includes size based on specs, decoration for building of materials (BOM), call-outs on full-size art, appropriate branding, and the addition of copyrights (& rules) as needed.
- Creation of non-calendared special art request graphic concepts
- Local trend shopping, reference, and research and development for multiple apparel embellishment techniques, including screen print, heat transfers, and appliques, embroidery, etc.
- Application of Intermediate-level typography skills for font research, development, and implementation in apparel graphics
- Maintain an active understanding of trends in sports apparel and sports/pop culture, consumer insights, new business opportunities, and competitors in the market to influence design aesthetics and strategy through the development of mood, trend, and ideation boards.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of presentation decks, and collection boards, supporting brand and league systems administration.
- Confidently share fresh perspectives that will enhance creativity and promote new ideas through written and verbal communications with internal partners.

Summary
o The Assistant Technical Designer will be responsible for supporting the Senior Technical Designer in the fit and technical aspects of the product development cycle from sketch through pre-production samples and final bulk garments
What You’ll Do
o Measure garments and review apparel construction and quality standards of samples prior to fittings.
o Assist in fittings by taking notes & fit photos. Responsible for formatting and organizing fit photos in server promptly after a fitting.
o Maintain seasonal data entry and set up initial TPs in Backbone PLM.
o Assist Senior Technical Designer with sketch updates and creating construction detail pages.
o Collaborate with Senior Technical Designer and Design Director to address fit feedback and maintain quality standards.
o Communicate with overseas vendors to manage the garment sampling process and assist with fit comments.
o Organize fit protos, pre-production, and top of production samples.
o Partner with Assistant Apparel Designer on sending and receiving packages.
o Work alongside cross-functional teams and vendors to meet deadlines.
o Schedule fittings and attend necessary meetings.
o Any other projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
o 0-1 years’ experience working in Technical Design, Apparel Design, or Apparel Product Development, with relevant internships counting toward experience.
o Degree in Apparel Design/Product Development/Technical Design or related experience preferred.
o Knowledge of men’s apparel fit, construction, and fabric properties.
o Keen attention to detail and organization with the ability to multi-task, managing multiple seasons at once.
o Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills.
o Proficiency using Adobe Illustrator, MS Office, and managing a calendar
