This includes youth with sexual offending and sexual abusing behaviors.

Incumbent participates in the planning, organization and delivery of cross-disciplinary services, (i.e., assessment, treatment planning, counseling, specialized behavioral plans, safety plans, etc.) according to individual skills, abilities and scope of practice.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Major Activity: Completes Assessments.

Administers and completes client screening and assessment tools: ERASOR, J-SOAP, and Psychosocial Assessment.

Provides Diagnostic Assessments for clients, as assigned, and with the appropriate clinical Serves as a member of the treatment team regarding ongoing assessment of client needs and Coordinates with others.

Maintains security and confidentiality of client information.

Completes appropriate Major Activity: Develops and Implements Treatment Plans.

Reviews client record, including screening and assessments, progress notes, background information, etc.

Uses the data that is gathered to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that is individual for each client.

Assesses residents to evaluate needs and specific requirements.

Involves the client, family, staff and referral sources in the treatment planning process through the presentation and discussion of the Treatment Plan in the treatment planning conference.

Revises, as needed.

Works with external agency staff (probation officers, case workers) to understand case history and identify specific treatment needs.

Coordinates the implementation of treatment related activities.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: At least 21 years of age.

Fluent English and Spanish speaking Experience in social work, crisis intervention, and counseling within the substance abuse and mental health, to include juvenile sex offender and sexual abusing behavior youth.

Thorough knowledge of current health/mental health issues and problems , available community/clinical resources and best practice therapeutic intervention skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Special Education Teacher Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop goals and objectives for multi-graded classes.

Implement Individual Education Programs (IEP) for all students.

Provide direct instruction and services to students.

Monitor students’ progress as it relates to established IEP’s.

Work as a member of a trans-disciplinary team for planning and implementing data based instructional programs.

Develop weekly lesson plans for each subject taught.

Provide a thorough assessment and diagnostic process for an individualized instructional program.

Maintain accurate reports, records and files on individual students.

Able to work with at-risk students with a variety of behavioral and emotional difficulties.

Able to handle and de-escalate out of control behavior.

Have the ability to work with acting out and disruptive students in a highly structured behavioral program.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education from a regionally accredited college or university.

Must hold or be eligible for appropriate educator licensure in the State of Colorado.

Experience teaching / working with at-risk adolescents in an educational environment.

Strong communication skills are necessary to collaborate with other team members and other professionals.

Must be highly organized and have knowledge and experience with IEP’s and special education laws.

* Paid Training Advancement Opportunities In this Role, You Will: Work in a multi-disciplinary care team to effectively meet the clinical needs of the client.

Services may include: individual, group or family therapy and providing crisis de-escalation/stabilization.

May work with individuals and their families in various settings, including: outpatient, inpatient, home or community-based environments.

Will provide professional interpretation and analysis of clinical data and assessment to formulate an individualized service plan, a comprehensive summary of care, treatment and diagnosis.

This clinical role is responsible for navigating the treatment needs of the client, referring to internal and external resources as appropriate and aligning care outcomes.

When appropriate, the clinician will involve family and/or caretakers in the client’s care.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree from an accredited university in a clinical mental health discipline and a minimum of one year verified experience in the mental health field.

Registration as a candidate pursuing licensure with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agency (DORA).

Exposure to or experience working in a clinical setting in the behavioral health field, including assessment, evaluation and therapeutic engagement of diverse clients; use of evidence-based counseling models and techniques that match presenting problems; good diagnostic skills and treatment/care planning; and the ability to work with clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).

Knowledge of DSM V and working principles of recovery and trauma-informed care in treatment planning and in direct care.

Now Hiring: Monitor on Overnights | Youth Development Technicians Location: Abraxas Ohio, 2775 State Route 39, Shelby, OH 44875 Salary: $18.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Shift: Overnight, Graveyard, 3rd Shift As a Monitor on the Overnight shift, you will supervise clients during the sleeping hours in a manner that ensures their safety and security.

You will complete and document regular room checks throughout your shift.

You will also assist in the management of the morning wake-up routine by educating, guiding, and directing clients in a manner that promotes their growth and development.

This is a great role for you if you are a night owl as you will remain awake during your shift.

This position requires a GED or High School Diploma.
