Direct Hire - $95,000 – Fully Onsite

Our client is seeking a hands-on Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring and help scale the business. Will be working closely with leadership to help attract and engage high talent to join a fast-growing manufacturing company.

Responsibilities for the role:

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and operational roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and build effective hiring strategies
• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other tools
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong fit
• Manage pipelines and maintain momentum across multiple open roles
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership
• Deliver a positive, high-touch candidate experience
• Support employer branding and represent the company in the market
• Assist with HR projects and training initiatives as needed

• 3+ years of experience partnering directly with hiring managers or business leaders
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence hiring decisions
• Strong communication skills with a consultative approach
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-moving environment
• Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a team
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, production, or supply chain environments a plus
• Background in agency recruiting or high-growth/startup settings a plus
