Job Description Summary The Operating Room Nurse Manager is responsible for managing the daily activities of the Operating Room and Endoscopy departments. Collaborates with the Peri-anesthesia Manager and Surgical Services Director for any needs for improvement of schedule flow, patient experience and CTM engagement. Ensures maintenance of regulatory compliance, and that all CTMs have the supplies and equipment they need to carry out their assigned tasks. The manager needs to maintain a cohesive work environment for physicians and care team members across the different disciplines.

Nurse Manager I:

Associate’s degree in nursing is required. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Must have a current license in the state of South Carolina as a registered nurse. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required. Nurse Manager II:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required. Must have a current license in the state of South Carolina as a registered nurse. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
