- Position: IT Quality Assurance Intern – Summer 2026
- Location / On-site Required: Arhaus Corporate Headquarters - 51 E Hines Hill Rd., Boston Heights, OH 44236
- Reports To: IT Quality Assurance Lead
- Timeframe: June 2026 – August 2026
- Hours: 40 hours per week *will work around class schedule

Are you passionate about technology and eager to learn how software gets tested in a real business environment?
As an IT Quality Assurance Intern, you will work with experienced mentors and will support the Arhaus Global IT Quality Assurance (QA) team in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of technology solutions across the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience with QA processes, tools, and methodologies while collaborating with IT, business, and development teams to deliver exceptional software and system quality.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Assist in creating, maintaining, and executing test cases for applications, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Participate in defect tracking and validation through tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Support test data setup and environment validation activities.
• Help document and communicate test results, issues, and observations to QA leads and developers.
• Learn and apply QA methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on process improvements and test automation opportunities.
• Contribute to QA documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key fundamental skill sets for this role will be:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with an interest in software quality and user experience.
• Familiarity with testing concepts or tools (manual or automated) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative IT environment.
Requirements:
• Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
